Beautiful property! We especially enjoyed the beach and the firepit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!

Wonderful and spotless home that is conveniently located approximately 40 minutes away from several beach towns and lighthouses.There are several wineries, bike trails, and quaint villages to explore in the area. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable and well appointed, the grill, chairs, and extras at the beach were great. My boys really enjoyed the paddle boat! The location is awesome, very nice to be off M22 on a quiet road, and a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The township beach down the road within walking distance was great as well. Our hosts were great, we had zero issues and I’m confident if we did they would have been taken care of promptly. We will stay here again in the future.

The property was very clean, updated, and included all the amenities! The beach was private and great for swimming w the kids.

Beautiful home, very clean! Exactly how it was pictured. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the paddle boat, paddle board, and kayaks that were provided. Definitely a place that we would book again.

Myself, my husband and two kids (infant and age 5) loved our stay in Suttons Bay. We had such a great time leveraging the private beach access right across the street from the house. The water was crystal clear, with very low waves, and while the beach area itself is not huge, it was more than enough space for the four of us to enjoy. The best part for us was that my five year old could get some time in the water (bring water shoes) without having to worry about the lake knocking him over. We loved having access to the paddle boat as well. The house itself had enough gear for us to cook a couple of meals, sleep comfortably and the host provided some snacky food and a local bottle of wine as well as some recommendations that we tried out and loved. I had no complaints about the space, but we honestly just used it mostly to sleep and tried to be out seeing the world as much as we could as we had lovely weather and only one long weekend to enjoy it. There were a few board games, beach toys, and a hot tub - we just needed more time to be able to enjoy it all!

Hands down the nicest rental we've ever stayed in! We are very picky about where we stay when we vacation and I can honestly say this home was everything we hoped for! Very, very clean and decorated perfectly! It was the perfect size in that it felt cozy yet not crowded. The location is absolutely ideal, close to town yet felt very private and peaceful. We were able to enjoy the wineries, restaurants, golfing, and even a couple day trips to Fish Town and Northport. But the highlight of our stay was the private beach! A short walk across the street (which is the ultimate in convenience) with breathtaking views! We enjoyed it day and night! Thank you so much Kim - we will definitely be back!!

The property was amazing!

Spent a relaxing week here with my wife and parents. Everything was as described, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a quiet, wooded neighborhood in an excellent location from which to explore all the highlights of the peninsula (Fish Town, Leelanau State Park). Much time was spent paddle boarding and reading on the beach, which is just across a small (quiet) road from the house. Great base for exploring the northwest corner of lower Michigan!

What a perfect stay! We visited the area for the first time and have fallen in love. The house, location, and beach amenities were amazing. We truly loved everything the home and area had to offer. Kim is a wonderful host! Everything was very comfortable and easy.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. The home was lovely and the little touches from the hosts were great! The private beach was great and we enjoyed a nice fire in the evening on the beach. We were celebrating our wedding with a mini-honeymoon, and it was really perfect for that. The area is so beautiful and we did lots of exploring. Lots of great food and wine, too!
