Modern Lake House with Private Lake Michigan Beach Access

Beautiful Property. Very clean. Great location with short walking distance to Lake Michigan …..beach is great for swimming ….for young and old. Two “would have likes”. Living room sofa was great for kids but for some of us older folks it wasn’t too comfortable. Bedroom on the 3rd floor needs window coverings. Despite these two things, we would love to go back.

Relaxing at the beach was the goal of our vacation and this home definitely facilitated that desire. We had a great four night stay. The information about the house was very accurate. The location was convenient to the city if we needed anything and access to a private beach was ideal. We were a group of eight (5 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-12). Having five bedrooms provided space for everyone. The house has plenty of dinnerware and the host provides a detailed list of items in the home and things to consider bringing. The toys in the kids room were a big hit with the five year old. We would stay there again.

This beautiful home worked out so perfectly for our family. The location, is right across the street from a wonderful private beach on Lake Michigan. The owner has gone above and beyond in providing many extra features which made our stay so special! The house is immaculate!

Catherine's property was a wonderful choice for our family reunion! Beds were comfy and the house was extremely clean. We loved that the dining table could accommodate all 11 of us. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook every evening. We looked forward to the fire pit every night! An access path to the private beach was just a few minutes walk. There was a great supply of toys and books for our young grandchildren. All in all, I would love to come back here and definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful time. Great house for large families. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This home looks brand new and was very comfortable. We all had our own rooms. It is just steps away from Lake Michigan. It was perfect for a girlfriend’s weekend. The description is quite accurate. The house is great and you are very close to Grand Haven. The couch however was not very comfortable and there really aren’t any good views. Minor things though. The problem was VRBO. Somehow my payment got messed up and VRBO repeatedly failed to fix the situation. In the end I had to Venmo payment to the host which I think some people would feel uncomfortable doing. I won’t use VRBO again. It was a huge hassle.

Lots of space for a large group. Loved the top of line appliances. We were in town for a wedding so didn't use much in the home except beds/baths.

The Holiday House was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for cooking, making coffee in the morning etc. The beds were all very comfortable. The location was perfect with beach access right across the street and hiking and walking trails very nearby. The house was very clean, floors were spotless..no dirty socks after walking around so you know it was clean! Plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. Coast Guard park is located just a short walk up the road and has tennis courts and playground equipment along with access to Ottawa Dunes trails. We had a small group so we didn't utilize all of the bedrooms but only suggestion would be to swap out the inflatable mattress in the 5th bedroom for a real mattress, but again this wasn't an issue for us. If you're traveling with little ones there was a crib and pack n play available. Overall an amazing stay and we can't wait to come back!

This is a very high end home with all of the perks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The area is full of all kinds of things to do for all ages. I would recommend this for a large family vacation.

Beautiful property with wonderful furnishings - fifth bedroom needs window treatment and wish tennis courts were available to guests other than that everything was great! Thanks for a wonderful get away!
