The beach has soft white sand for children's play and a sandy walk out for swimming, rafting and all forms of water activities. You can walk by beach to the Grand Haven North Pier or to the North Beach County Park. It is 5 miles to the town of Grand Haven, where you can enjoy all of your favorite things to do!brbrThe Coop was built as a family cottage. The Coop has an open concept living-dining room and is well equipped. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own sink. There are three full bathrooms. You can sleep 12 people in bedrooms and 2 more in daybeds in the downstairs family room. The master lakefront bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has two twin beds. Downstairs there is 4 bedrooms and the family room. Two of the bedrooms are queen beachfront rooms with sliders out to the lake. The third downstairs bedroom is a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. The family room has 2 twin day beds. There is plenty of sleeping room in the house for everyone! A large, long deck facing the lake provides lots of outdoor seating. The deck has lots of sun but also a pergola and umbrella tables for those wanting shade. The side deck is great for windy days from the north and using the gas grill. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your family meal at the large farm table!brThere are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom One with a king sleep number bed and master bath, bedroom Two with a queen bed, and bedroom three with a king sized bed. A twin sized air mattress and an infant pack-n-play are also provided.brThe large open great room is the perfect gathering space with access to over 550sqft of outdoor decking that leads to a very nice sized yard for outdoor activities. There is 180' of water frontage with 100' of seawall for you to tie off your own boat. brCompass Cove includes a paddle boat and two Kayaks for your families enjoyment. Excellent fishing and boating right from the seawall. A fire pit is on site for evening enjoyment. brThere is a Traeger pellet smoker for outdoor cooking and making the very best BBQ!brWe have corn hole and washers available for your use upon request.brWe are located approximately 2 miles from North Shore beach and 3 miles from Grand Haven State Park beach. Hoffmaster State Park is also only just over 3 miles North of our home. All of these parks have great beaches right on the beautiful Lake Michigan and wonderful hiking trails. brBike trails are abundant and start right outside the neighborhood leading you to all the amenities Spring Lake and Grand Haven have to offer. A HUGE transformation just happened in downtown Spring Lake making this a choice destination with award-winning restaurants, bars and breweries. Grand Haven (Coast Guard City, USA) has also done some major renovations along the waterway and the main street offering tons of amazing shops and in the evening you can enjoy the 2nd largest waterfront musical fountain in the United States! The new band shell right on the waterway has many events as well that are very exciting to attend. brPlease note the location of Compass Cove. We are located just off Highway 31. If you can't bear the sound of traffic this is not the home for you. In the yard the traffic does not go unnoticed. In the home it can be heard at times but certainly not disruptive. Alexa speakers and fans are located in each bedroom for your use if you enjoy some white noise while you rest. brLastly, we love our dog and want you to be able to travel with your pet as well. We do ask that you do your best to keep your dog off the furniture and keep your dog in a kennel or similar if you are away from the home. There is a pet fee so please be sure to account for that. brThis is our personal home.
