Stayed Sep 19, 2025Perfect lake view private sand beach for entering the water with a toddler and decently sandy region around the dock. Great canoeing option near by, can hear some outside noise if other cabins are in use but generally quiet.

The location was amazing, close to all kinds of adventures while the lake was quiet, restful and fun to paddle and play in! We would love to come back again sometime!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This cottage was absolutely perfect! We loved playing at the lake, relaxing on the porch, sharing a bonfire and playing games. It's also. Perfect location to visit the Dunes, Traverse City, Frankfort, and more! Thanks to Melissa who made sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024The property is neat and clean with the water's edge just a few steps away. The cottage is small (as advertised) but that is part of the charm and has everything you need for a couple or small family. Besides, you are on the lake and should be outside enjoying the view or the nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. We rented this place because of its proximity to Frankfort Beach which is one of our favorites. The neighbors are friendly and it is a nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day. This was our first time here but we would definitely do it again.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The stay was easy and the views were good. The cottage is smaller as advertised but was comfortable, cozy, and never felt tight. The waterfront views were amazing. This is the perfect place for a couple (or small family in our case) to experience this part of Michigan at your own pace.
