The house is about 125 ft from the waters edge planted with plush Kentucky blue grass, great for yard games (I supply cornhole, bad mitten, bocce ball, dart toss and pickle ball in the driveway). Boat and Wave Runner Rentals are available from a number of local companies. There is a space on both sides of the dock for a 24ft +/- boat (June-Sept). I supply a 1-person kayak and a 2-person kayak and some blowup tubes and water toys. I supply bed linens, pillows, blankets and hand/bath towels.
