The décor is a cozy and modern with a nautical theme. The kitchen has high end stainless appliances, Viking stove, large farm sink, new cabinets, and granite countertops. A large dining table seats up to 10 for a meal or a card game. All the bedrooms are on the first level. The Master suite and 2nd bedroom have access to the patio on the year-round hot tub. The Master suite has a Queen bed with an adjoining bath with step in shower. The second bathroom has double sinks and a full tub/shower. Just off the bright natural light of the kitchen are a sliding leading out to the backyard is perfect for the whole family. Spend your days in a luxurious spa, and your evenings by the fire. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults.br6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. No more than 1 dog not over 100 pounds. Pets must not be left unattended at anytime and must be on a leash at all times. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure without refund. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. You are required to pick up after your pet. br7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.br12.) All common area at the motel is for the use of current guests of the hotel only.
