Stylish dog-friendly retreat with furnished deck, pool, & firepits

Beautiful condo. Would rent again!

Great location and great property.

The property was very nice. Met our needs. Beds comfortable plenty of towels. Pool beautiful and heated. Property very nice. Isabells at the entrance of the property great place to fill your fridge. We had two small issues during our stay. First the rental info did not contain the unit number of the rental. We had to use pictures from the website to figure out which unit we had. We called the help number and they could not tell us the number either. Second the floor in the bedrooms of the unit are very noisy. So if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom it's so loud it wakes up people in the opposite bedroom. Over all though we had a nice stay. Thank you.

If staying with family, this place is perfect. Lots of room indoors and out. Pool is beautiful. Outdoor furniture comfortable. Indoors is well equipped. Having 2 full bathrooms is great. I would stay here again without hesitation. Only drawback is it’s not walkable to shops. Trade off is worth it to have all the space.

Unit was fine. Clean and beds were comfortable. The space needs a little TLC but was ok for what we needed.

Was very clean even thought it is a dog-friendly unit. Spices were stocked in the kitchen and the coffee bar was stocked with local coffee which was excellent. Location is nearby many places to drink and dine. My kids loved the pool 10/10

Comfortable condo within easy distance to the beach and Saugatuck.

We stayed here for a family trip to the lake. The condo was comfortable and an easy drive to Saugatuck and the beach. The air conditioning made it very comfortable in a heat wave. Unfortunately the bed in the primary suite had a bad spring - every move was loud and sagging!

Property was nice, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a great time. The only little tweak that I would recommend is if the door code could be changed to 4 digits instead of 6, or some repeating digits, just to make it easier to remember.

Nice little condo community. Communication to start trip was poor, with no details on which actual condo unit. Had to call Vacasa to get details. Messaged a few times on trip with very slow response times. Bathrooms in this unit were weird - broken and empty soap dispensers in the baths (if they are going to be empty and broken - just take them out!).Location pretty good and convenient. Probably would not stay at this unit again.

We come to a Saugatuck every year and stay at the Northern Lights condo. It’s clean, convenient and pet friendly. We’ve stayed in Jack’s Perch before and loved the fresh updates. The doggie welcome bag on the counter was a nice touch

We stayed at this condo for a weekend in fall. Positives - Good location, with a short drive to everything. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook during our quick visit but the kitchen seemed reasonably well equipped. Negatives - The bed in the main bedroom is long overdue for replacement. The mattress is so worn out that it feels like you’re lying in a hammock. We slept in the smaller front bedroom instead. There were burned out light bulbs, which is understandable in high season but not in fall. We could hear people talking in the unit below. The motel quality TP, tissues and towels were disappointing, especially considering the price.

Excellent stay! Beautiful property and very nice people. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a great time.

Quiet, safe upper condo, close to restaurants, beaches, nature walks, Dune Ride. Nicely appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our dogs along. Landscaping very nice. Private area. Pool on property very nice. The outside back deck and front deck need a good power wash and painting. Interior is well maintained, very slight need of minor embellishments and or cleaning.- nothing major. Secure door entry lock system. Plenty of supplies, including beach towels. Secure, quiet, easy stay for four of us.

Our 3rd stay at Northern Lights and again consistent, enjoyable and fully satisfied. Nice bounty of towels and kitchen amenities with comfortable living room and patio with ample seating. Pool, Isabel’s and location is perfect for a short or long stay in Saugatuck/Douglas.

It was a spacious condo, very clean, great for kids, plenty of bedding , great heated pool steps away, peaceful and ideal location. Kitchen is fully equipped we can’t find the muffin pans though. And some spices were there as well. Overall a wonderful place.

This unit was perfect for our family (2 kids + dog). We used the pool in the middle of the complex and firepits one night. No issues parking. There was a small market/deli near the property which we ate at one day for breakfast. All the rooms were really clean and check in/check out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We would definitely stay here again. The beds were especially comfortable. The condo was very clean! The location is perfect. Gets you out of the hustle and bustle but is only five minutes from everything. Spend a day in Douglas if you’re visiting Saugatuck and stay at this condo!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive to everything that we wanted to visit including Oval Beach, Dune rides, and of course Saugatuck. The pool was excellent! The condo was clean, spacious, and well organized.

What a lovely place. The view out the front is of the pool and courtyard. Out the back is woodsie pasture. Saw deer, turkey, bunnies! The drive to Douglas is 2 minutes, and to Saugatuck is 5 minutes at the most. Best of both worlds, private living, but close to whatever you are looking for. Don't miss Douglas Beach for the sunset. Absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be back to Douglas, and will book this lovely condo if possible.
