REDBUD HOLIDAY HOUSE: Spacious, Modern Home–Sleeps 14 Plus Incredibly Walkable!

The house was terrific!! Plenty of china, crystal, silverware, cookware for a house full of people, especially over a holiday! The number of bedrooms & bathrooms is great with a big group. The house was very clean & comfortable!!

Wonderful House! Our three-generation family so enjoyed our week. There are multiple areas where smaller groups can just sit and chat: from the outdoor fire pit, and the balcony with a big umbrella table; to the two cozy indoor areas. The house is clean and bright, and the multiple bathrooms! Great kitchen, where we cooked most of our meals, and two laundry rooms! We loved it!

We had 14 people. 8 adults and 6 young children. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house is very attractive and clean. Stocked nicely.We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back

I booked the Redbud Holiday House for a long weekend and golf trip for 8 'old' guys. We wanted enough beds and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. This is a fantastic property! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a massive house. I wish we booked a longer stay. The roof-top deck was great for morning coffee (and evening retreat). The kitchen was large enough to cook for everyone, with guests hanging out around the massive island. We also made use of the Webber grill and firepit in the yard. The location is also a few blocks to the water and to downtown Douglas. Saugatuck is less than a mile. Rent this place if you get a chance!

Very close to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again!

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding weekend. WAe cannot say enough wonderful things about Sebastian (property owner). They were incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is the nicest and cleanest VRBO that we've ever stayed at! We plan to return next summer and enjoy this lovely home for vacation.

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we had in Saugatuck and it was gorgeous! Easy drive to everything, and Sebastian was extremely attentive and communicative. Everyone was very pleased with the home and would definitely stay there again!

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our visit in Douglas. The house has lots of room. It is very convenient to walk to downtown restaurants, playground, library, and the cove. The outdoor space is limited, and gets a lot of road noise from the Blue Star highway. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we appreciated the ample cleaning supplies. Two laundry machines made it easy to keep up with an active group of kids. The owner provided a very helpful house manual, which answered all of our questions.

Location is great and house is much bigger than pictures show, it was great for our large family with young kids. Kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and house had lots of extras - games, beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for our family with 4 en suite rooms with king size beds. Another room with three beds for the kids and a final king size bedroom with hall bath. No adult had to cram into a small bedroom or share a bathroom. Location was great. Easy walk to downtown Douglas. A nice stretch of legs to Saugatuck. We spent many hours around the fire pit chatting or reading on the front porch or balcony. Spacious well appointed kitchen to make family meals. Super week. Looking forward to staying next year.

A comfortable home with lots of family space: large eating area for 20+ at three tables, a separate library, and a lower level TV/Game room with toys for little ones and a large table for grownup talk and games. Situated in the woods so it stays cooler on the hottest days.

We loved our stay at The Redbud Holiday House in Douglas! It was perfect for our family of 14. Close to town, parks and the beach. Plenty of room to enjoy a great time with our family! Beautiful new home! We have been enjoying Memorial Weekend trips with our family in Michigan for several years, and this is arguably our favorite place so far! I would highly recommend this home!
