Enter into the private living space setup that leads you to a large, open concept kitchen. This updated kitchen is ready and equipped for your next meal. Stainless steel appliances throughout with a large, unique center island. The kitchen is equipped with the basics to get you through your stay. There is seating for six around the kitchen island and six around the dining room table. Off the kitchen and dining room, you will find a large but cozy great room and a screened-in porch, perfect for your morning coffee..There are two bedrooms on the main level of this home along with two full baths and a laundry room.brbrWander upstairs to get an aerial view of the seating area below. Two additional bedrooms can be found upstairs. There is a bunk room with two bunk beds and then the master suite. All four bedrooms provide plenty of space to spread yourselves out and get a good night's rest. The master suite has an ensuite that also connects to an additional living space. This large bonus room opens up to be the perfect room for a movie night. Master bath with shower, 2nd bath with double sinks and tub/shower. Comfortably sleeps 8 people.brMake yourself at home in the living room, as it has plenty of seating on the wraparound couch, rocking chair and has a fireplace and a 55 TV. The décor is a cozy and modern with a nautical theme. The kitchen has high end stainless appliances, Viking stove, large farm sink, new cabinets, and granite countertops. A large dining table seats up to 10 for a meal or a card game. All the bedrooms are on the first level. The Master suite and 2nd bedroom have access to the patio on the year-round hot tub. The Master suite has a Queen bed with an adjoining bath with step in shower. The second bathroom has double sinks and a full tub/shower. Just off the bright natural light of the kitchen is a sliding door leading out to your private pool. The backyard is perfect for the whole family. Spend your days in a luxurious pool and spa, and your evenings by the fire. Pool open May to mid October. There is a fire pit with comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in. Each bedroom and the great room have window air conditioner units. A washer and dryer are conveniently available on the first floor for your laundry needs. brCrew Quarters (Pool House): Two large rooms that include bunks with two Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, washroom, shower room, great room, and efficiency kitchen. Air conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people.brbrThe detached pool house is a perfect setup for a family or group. It has a spacious great room with a large lounge area, 40 TV and efficiency kitchen. Separate washroom and large walk-in shower room. A separate, large, carpeted bunk room with two Twin beds over two Queen beds and another large 50 TV for the whole crew to enjoy. You will also find an awesome foosball table as well that offers hours of fun. The Crew Quarters has its own entrance that is accessible from the backyard pool area, and it has plenty of natural light. brbrBy renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following terms:brbr(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)brbr1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. br2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.br3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed. Parallel parking is permitted on the lawn to the west of the driveway off of Chestnut Street (please do not park on the street pavement). Additionally, there are two overflow parking spots available on the alley located at on south end of property (adjacent to the Poolhouse). Alley parking is permitted in the mowed grass area that is parallel to the wood fence.br4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. This goes for DAY OR NIGHT due to fire code.If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. br5.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. br6.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. br7.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use. br8.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm. br9.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.br10.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. The maximum occupancy of this PROPERTY is 12 DAY OR NIGHT due to fire code.br11.) This is a private pool and there is no Life Guard on duty at the pool. All children must be attended at all times. Swim at your own risk. Quaint Cottages nor property owner will be held responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises.br12.) Fireplace is available in the fall/winter months only. br13.) Fireworks are prohibited on property at all times.br14.) No more than 6 people in the hot tub at a time.
