We designed this beach cottage with YOU in mind! It's located 0.3 mi from Long Sands Beach, a 5 minute walk. It's the perfect size - it's cozy, yet large enough for a family or two to comfortably enjoy a getaway. It features an all white kitchen and a spacious living room with a beautiful gas fireplace for those colder New England months and AC for the hotter months. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer, as well. The property includes a covered front porch w/ teak

Stayed Jun 11, 2026A great and reasonably priced place for us and our young children. It's walking distance to the beach and for wind down time if you have toddlers there's plenty of kids toys and activities which I appreciated.

Stayed Jun 8, 2026Salty Poynte was perfect for our family trip. Clean, new, plenty of space in every room. Every bedroom and bathroom fully equipped with everything needed for a family stay. The grill outside was so nice to have. The street is quiet and private and a very short drive to the beach or a nice 10 minute walk. Can’t say enough about this wonderful home. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Stayed May 22, 2026The host kept an open line of communication which is very comforting knowing that someone will respond quickly. The house is exactly as pictured, it was comfortable for our family of five. The kids loved having games and Legos to play with during the rainy day. The house is very clean and the fireplace came in very handy to keep us warm and toasty while watching TV. This is a great location with plenty to do within minutes.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We traveled for a wedding with our 2 kids under 2. I was looking for a convenient, quiet, but accessible location and this home delivered all and more! They had 2 pack n plays so we didn't have to travel with them (amazing!). The location is beautiful, SO close to parks and the water and very quiet (which is great for sleep and naps). There were SO many toys and games for both the kids and adults. It was very clean and so cute! If we are ever back in the area - we will definitely stay again :)
