This cottage is so well maintained! It is furnished and decorated with the ocean vibe with the comfort that you are looking for to enjoy your family vacation. Our renters give us feedback that it feels just like home and that is what we are trying to provide. brbrThe owners have done great job making this cottage the ultimate vacation get away! It is a very clean cottage with tiles and wood flooring. It is in Summer Village cottage #419. The cottage is Air Conditioned. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washer and dryer, an all equipped open space kitchen with an island, and a living area in the summer room. There is one cable TV, a DVD player, and Apple TV. There is private WI-FI available in the cottage but also in two other locations on the site for your convenience. There are two parking spots available at the cottage. Enjoy the barbecue gas grill outside the cottage and sitting chairs area when you choose to cook outside.brbrThe cottage will welcome easily one or two couples or a family with two or three children. In the living room there is a pull out Queen size bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a Kuerig coffee machine. We have board games in the cottage and little extras to make sure that your stay will be confortable and enjoyable. There are also great restaurants and cafes for all tastes in this area. brbrThe Summer Village site provides a lot of great amenities for family fun but is also quiet and very well kept. : There are three pools (two are family pools and one is adult only), a big playground, tennis courts, a traditional Trolley that takes you around the property, tennis courts, fitness center, game room and also great activities through out the season. There are great beaches located just 5-10 minutes away for the Summer Village Site. You can either take your bike, the town Trolley or your car to get to the Wells or Ogunquit beaches and Village for shopping and dinning. The Marginal Way brings you to Perkins Cove which is just a charming place. We purchased this home in November of 2023 and live in it 7 or so months of the year and rent from mid-May through mid-October. Our home is on a quiet street about a mile from the ocean (as the gulls fly). Our patio and yard are a private, peaceful, fenced-in garden setting where you can always hear birds and sometimes hear the ocean. There is a small stream behind our home that leads to a pond down the street. The property is on a street directly off of Rte. 1, close to everything in Wells, and a great central location halfway between nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. brbrEach of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom to go with it. The family living area is perfect for relaxing or watching tv on a 65 inch tv. The living and dining space are an open concept to the kitchen and to the patio through large french doors that let in lots of natural light. This is one of the high-end cottages at Beach Dreams. It is located in Yacht Club, cottage #302. It has a different layout making it more spacious. You enter into the kitchen that flows into a large dining area. The kitchen has beautiful granite and a bar and white appliances. The stove top has a grill. The dining area has a large table with five chairs. You can also sit two people at the bar. The dining area has sliding glass doors that leads into the living room. This can also act as an extra private sleeping area as it has a queen sleep sofa with a new comfortable mattress. The living room backs up to the woods giving it a lot privacy with a really nice view. It also has a separate entrance. All these rooms have hardwood floors.brbrThere are two bedrooms.
