There are two flat screen TV’s, an Amazon Fire-stick, DVD player, cable TV and private internet and Wifi. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably with each bedroom having a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa in the living room. There is also a queen size blowup mattress that can be set up in the porch for an extra sleeping spot. Provided are 6 pillows, 3 blankets and 3 comforter/quilts.brThe screened-in porch is carpeted and the nice, comfy, white wicker furniture provides seating for six. The eat-in kitchen has bar stools around the island and a formal dining table. The living room features hardwood floors and 2 large comfy couches to sink into after a long day at the beach. There’s a flat screen TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the house. There’s a washer and dryer located near the front entry way. There are 2 decks on the first floor and a half bath off the living room. The front deck faces the ocean and is attached to the living room being accessible by sliding glass doors. The back deck is accessible through a bedroom on the back side of the house. This first floor bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a private full bathroom. These decks allow you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh ocean air. You can enjoy morning coffee while taking in the views. At night you can enjoy the sound of the ocean waves.brbrTOP FLOOR: The top floor has 3 bedrooms; each one has its own private bathroom, for a total of 3 bathrooms on this floor. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, with a front deck facing the ocean. The adjacent bedroom has 2 queen size beds as well as twin size bunk-beds on the top and the bottom. It is on the left hand side before the main pool area, which makes it a short walk for you to all of the amenities. This cottage has many upgrades. The living room and kitchen has hard wood floors. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42 inch plasma TV with an HD TV package. The three season porch has a full size futon providing additional sleeping to accommodate up to five people. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Every room has a ceiling fan and the cottage has its own WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked for those nights you would like to cook in. There is an outside gas grill with a bistro table and two chairs if you would like to eat outside.
