This unit is our little slice of heaven and our second home. We love it and hope you will too. Park your car when you arrive and put away the keys. Free shuttle service is right by the condo to take you to the Base Area and places you need to go. Ski In and Ski Out as you are trailside and the lift is outside your door. Our home has everything you need: a fully appointed kitchen with eat-in area, family room, internet access, cable TV, dvd player, first floor bunk room with 4 bunk beds, 2 full baths with tub showers, second floor master with queen bed, bath and TV and a stackable washer and dryer for small loads. There is a screened in porch, outside ski locker and an air lock entry for boots and outside clothing. No shoes, boots or skis in the unit. No Smoking Allowed. The Loaf, as Sugarloafers refer to it, is Maine's second highest peak at 4,237 ft with a 2820 vertical foot drop. Sugarloaf is the largest ski area east of the Rockies. The condo is a single-story, single-bedroom condo style home with open-concept family room & kitchen . The property is clean, private & comfortable. Just minutes away are championship golf courses, mountain-biking out the door, fly-fishing, natural swimming holes, spas, boutiques, fine dining and the best skiing in the east. Our home sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. The condo has parking for 1-2 vehicle. brThe private family room upstairs has comfortable queen size pull-out couch for sleeping, flat-screen TV & WiFi. Just off the family room is a small hallway with a sink and multiple hooks for jackets and or towels. A large double door provides lots of natural light and access to a private deck with a view to the Snubber trail and chairlift. All kitchen appliances including dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove microwave and refrigerator, pots, pans, & flatware. There is a pay washer & dryer in the basement for added convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for 4. The master bedroom has one King bed and two twin beds set up as bunk beds, with ample room to move around. The home is outfitted with everything a young family would need for a hassle-free family vacation (including Pack & Play). This is not a home that we rent excessively. The owner uses the home regularly and prefers couples and/or families for guests. When the ski day is over, or you want to stay put by the warmth of the wood fireplace, you will have a big screen Smart TV with cable, free wireless internet (WiFi), and a WiiU console with games to play. Condo includes washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Winter season shuttle bus stops right outside the door, and the snubber line ski lift is a short walk away. Ski home when you are done for the day or just want to grab lunch at home. This cozy second story end-unit condo has two private bedrooms on main floor and awesome bedroom upstairs for kids to have their own play space. The cross country ski trail system is only a few feet away and you may see ice skaters on the pond.
