The host was responsive and accommodating! The place was perfect for our family (2 adults/3 kids) and made our stay even more magical at Sugarloaf. The convenience to the lift and ski storage were a game changer. The condo had everything we needed to cook and space to hang after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

the reason we chose this location is proximity to the maine trail and hut system. 2 of us did a 3 day backcountry nordic ski hut tour. the other 2 of us babysat and snowshoed on the nearby maine trails. my husband did ski one day. the location is comfortable, nearby groceries snd trails, plowed roads and parking lots.the condo was a one bedroom with a sofa bed. the bedroom had a very comfy king bed and bunk beds we didnt use. the sofa bed was a new sofabed but a sofabed. the nordic skiers didnt care. the owner was very responsive. the kitchen was well outfitted; towels and blankets were plentiful. this appears to be someone's vacation place, not a minimally furnished rental. there is a ski locker, and the downhill skiers among you can ski in and out. not new but well cared for. we really enjoyed our stay.

I rented this condo for a long golf weekend at the Loaf for 3 of us. There is plenty of space for four adults comfortably. The condo is very well stocked, easy and complete communications with the host, and of course, ideally located. Everyone loved the shower's water pressure and abundant hot water. The condo is very clean but there were several spiders making a home for themselves. Highly recommended!

Classic March weekend in Maine—50s one day and single digits the next! The condo has great access to the Snubber lift and is located right at the mid-station. During our stay, the mid-station wasn’t loading or unloading, so we skied down to the bottom of the Snubber Lift and took the lift up to the base area from there. From the base, we had full access to the mountain.We made all our meals in the unit (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), used the boardgames in the unit and took advantage of the pool and hot tub at the Fitness Center across the street (note: there's a steep user fee). No noisy neighbors. Owner is a good communicator.

Condo was nice and clean. Owner was great, very responsive and let us in early. There is a per day per person charge to use the pool/hot tubs. Overall would recommend, great cozy condo, excellent location and a great person to deal with.

The location was perfect! Snubber Mid Station Lift was just outside the condo. Shipyard Brewing Company was a short walk and has very good food and atmosphere. The unit was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable, sofa was new and comfortable too.We enjoyed our stay!

We loved how convenient the condo was to the slopes made it super easy to access the mountain. Brian was quick to answer questions. We also could walk Shipyard Brew House. Good food and music. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's condo. It was very convenient, and communication with Brian was easy. The check-in procedure was clear, and we appreciated being able to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The condo had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely return again.

Our favorite things about this property were 1) communication with the host and check-in/check-out were pleasant and easy, 2) the location on the mountain was very convenient to the main lodge, and 3) the condo itself was well-maintained and suited to our needs.

My son and I traveled to Sugarloaf for a weekend of Mountain biking. The area and condo did not disappoint! We had so much fun riding the abundant trails in this area. The condo is perfect for families looking for an easy going place that is well located on the mountain. The kitchen was well equipped, beds are comfortable, and, while it isn't big, it offers enough space to stretch out at the end of the day. The host is a good communicator and welcoming.
