Spacious Country Home w/ Hot Tub, near Colby/Thomas

Very nice hot tub, quite and beautiful area! Air quality amazing and AC works fantasticly!

Ample room inside and outside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Easy keypad entry. Plenty of parking.

This property is so convenient to my brother’s house. This is our second stay. Will stay again. Need small garbage cans in bedrooms upstairs. We played lots of cards. Thanks for providing. Dad and husband love the hot tub.

The house was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room and the neighborhood was great for walking the dogs. we had a small issue with the hot tub, but the owner was extremely responsive, and we had it taken care of in no time. i would definitely recommend this property and puravida as a whole.

Our stay was just what we wanted, a spacious home in an area where it was quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. They were there to plow the driveway and clean up after the snow. They even had the house decorated for Christmas, an added bonus!

Host was very responsive in communication and very accommodating on our last minute trip with early check-in. Unfortunately, we could not stay for all of the nights we had booked, and we moved to a hotel.The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable for us. What I believe to be memory foam mattress and pillows felt very firm, to the point that it made it difficult to sleep. I don't think sleeping on the floor would have been less uncomfortable. In addition, the fragrance from the bedding—whether from detergent, fabric softener, or another product—was suffocating. As someone sensitive to strong scents and chemicals, this made sleeping very difficult and also caused my children to have runny noses.I also did not feel the home was as clean as expected. The refrigerator was not clean, there was a clump of hair near the downstairs toilet, and the glassware had a very strong chemical odor from the cleaner used, to the point that the scent transferred to my hands and made the dishes unusable for me.I understand that cleanliness standards and comfort preferences can vary, but I do feel that greater transparency in the listing would be helpful so guests know what to expect. This is a very well lived in house and the owners personal residence. Lastly, our stay was during a polar vortex and the single pane older windows in the bedrooms did not keep the rooms very warm. If the things listed above wouldn't bother you it is very conveniently located near 95 and easy to get to.

Felt just like home. Amazing how well it was stocked! Wereallycould have shown up with a toothbrush and some clean clothes and been all set!

Our host was very responsive when we had questions about the thermostat and when we asked to extend our stay by two days. The home was very comfortable for our group of 8. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table for and hanging out in the living room. The house was clean. We were comfortable with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The washer and dryer in the basement were helpful.

Great spot for our family to rest and relax for a local wedding. Spacious and accommodating. Hot tub was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with necessary daily dishes and glasses. Overall experience was good.

An absolutely pristine house, and quite comfortable. Biggest jar of garlic I've ever seen anywhere, much less in Maine.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The property was incredibly clean and we enjoyed the recommendations listed in the property manual. I highly recommend Whiskey Kitchen if you are looking for somewhere to eat. This restaurant was listed in the manual.

We had an excellent time here. It’s a beautiful property. The check-in was easy without any problems. The kitchen was fully equipped. The Jacuzzi was really fun and much appreciated. Would definitely come back.

The house was very clean, well equipped, great location! Owner was super nice and easy going. I brought my all stars team down to play little Fenway and will absolutely try to get this house again if we ever come back.

This property is a cute two story, four bedroom home nestled in a quiet Sidney neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering of 10. The backyard is large, green, and beautiful. The convenience of cooking and congregating in one location beats booking multiple hotel rooms any day. Our host was friendly and a good communicator. We would and probably will stay again!

The house was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family as we celebrated our youngest’s college graduation.

We need a place to fit 9 of us that was close to Waterville. The house was convenient to the highway and the Middle Road Country Store nearby for anything you forgot. While we didn’t have a chance to be at the house long, everyone slept soundly and plenty of space for everyone to get ready!! While the house states AC, it’s only in the living room and on a muggy afternoon, relying on two box fans was helpful (since it did cool down at night)

We had an awesome time playing in the snow in the backyard and enjoying the relaxing hot tub. The house accommodated our large family and the host was very responsive and came quickly when we needed help. Will definitely come back

Kitchen well equipped. Coffee pot carafe didn’t fit, a bit challenging but used kuherig side. One cabinet door needs repair. Bathrooms in great shape, beds were comfy.

This house has everything for a weekend family vacay; you can spend the whole weekend enjoying the house & amenities such as the hot tub!

Six adults, 2 children under the age of 2 and two dogs under one roof and comfortable! Nice neighborhood setting...good walking area.
