With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this house is ready to accommodate all your needs...large enough to accommodate 14 people very comfortably, yet cozy enough for 2-3. Off the Master Bedroom you will find a room dedicated for your infant. Comes equipped with Crib and changing table. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms. A master bedroom with king bed that opens to the patio and yard. Private bath with double vanity. A quest room with queen bed with full bath. Upstairs two additional bedrooms with jack and Jill bath (2-private toilets). First bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom (Bunk Room) has full size bunkbed with twin at bottom. Also has Queen bed with twin sleeper sofa. You will love spending time with everyone in the wide open, spacious living areas...a large kitchen with all the amenities. Any foodie would enjoy cooking in the kitchen and outside with Artisan Grill with rotisserie.. There are three bikes available for use at no charge. Distance to Morning by Morning Coffee Shop is .5 miles. Also close to ChickFilA. Distance to Pier and Village 10-15 minute walk. To Beach 10-15 walk. To Crabdaddys or Crab Trap Restaurant 8 minute walk. 100 sq ft has been added to give our guest a quiet room for office work with printer. Great for virtual calls, homework, etc. Harris Teeters has everything you need for this. We have the Pot and Burner to do your very own simple low country boil. Outdoor fire pit additional wood may be purchased at the fuel station next to Southern Soul BBQ. January 1, 2021 island rental policy: on a side note to all potential renters. Our home has four bedrooms so two adults per bedroom and two total additional can stay. This does not include children. There is ordinance is for parking. Cannot park on side of street. We comply with all guidelines. Aug 2023 adding Tesla Charging outlet. This 50 Amp service will be located on right side of house facing it next to pool gate entrance. Exhale is a second story Ocean Walk condo which features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with hardwood floors throughout. brbrNew owners have completed numerous updates since purchasing in 2019. Total kitchen renovation completed in 2021. AC replaced in 2020. brbrAll rooms, including the porch, have recently been updated with ceiling fans and have been freshly painted. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Living room, master BR and second BR have flatscreen TV's. Living room and master BR have TV's mounted on the wall. brbrPerhaps the best feature of the unit is the porch. The view of the spring-fed, fresh water lake and fountain is relaxing and peaceful. There seems to be a nearly continuous breeze blowing from the Atlantic. brbrH10 is one of a handful of units facing the manicured grass courtyard. The unit is located conveniently between both pools and only a few steps from the clubhouse/fitness room. brbrH10 comes with a Keurig coffee maker, full size washer and dryer, several beach chairs and an electric grill for cooking on your porch. It's a short walk to the Village for shopping, dining, the Pier, the Lighthouse and the timeless views from the Casino. Ocean walk is a great place, having 2 pools, park, tennis courts, clubhouse, everyone’s needs to have fun. Pet friendly also, so you can bring all your pet needs! We fell in love with SSI on our first visit on the island in 2005. It was love at first sight! Our unit has a semi open concept kitchen with granite tops , gorgeous new floors and new bathroom makeovers. Our patio only gets morning sunshine; it’s a very quite, private, and peaceful place to relax. This three bedroom unit sleeps 6, has 2.5 baths and is a two-story townhome. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a king in the master with its own private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two twins beds. Both rooms share a half bath with tub/shower. There is also a pull out sofa in the family room that will sleep 2 if desired. We have beach towels, beach chairs, along with boogie boards and an umbrella for your convenience. Our place is also pet friendly, WITH RESTRICTIONS. We will consider dogs under 50 pounds. We have a $125 pet fee, if needed, as an additional cleaning . Unauthorized pets will mean a forfeited security deposit.
