Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time my Husband, Daughter, Niece and myself have stayed in this unit. We like this unit because it has large rooms. Both bedrooms are large with bigger bathrooms and the kitchen is spacious. It also has a nice size laundry room. It has a beautiful view off the balcony and the chairs and table are a sturdy iron although the chairs don’t have any cushions so we sat on our towels. The beach is a short walk, right across the street. The pool is small but it’s still usable and if you’re going to be at the beach more than the pool it doesn’t matter. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is cleaned well. It is a 3/4 mile walk to the Village so if you have young children or elderly that can’t walk a distance you can still rent a golf cart or drive down. We walked back and forth. Would stay here again every time we come unless we have more than 4 people.

Location was great. Secure entrance and fenced area a plus. Great view of the ocean from patio. Spacious condo and quick access to the beach. We really enjoyed being able to bring our dog and would consider staying here again. The only issue I had was that the cookware needed to be updated and unable to see readings on stove. The hot water heater was leaking and required technicians stopping by during our stay without notice. However, no significant issues with the stay.

First the pros: very conveniently located to the Village and to two beach accesses; very neat and clean condo, generously sized bed and bath rooms with wide doors and hallways; sliding doors from living space and primary bed room to balcony; also very convenient to have an assigned covered parking space. Responsive mgmt and easy check-in and -out. I’d be remiss to not mention the cons which are mostly the same as others have mentioned, so I was aware in advance but they currently still apply: very small pool and pool deck with only 2 chaise lounge chairs and maybe 1-2 sit-up chairs. I’d say the pool area is smaller than most pools at individual homes and certainly too small for the number of condos in the bldg. The pool also had large areas of green algae on the deck and the complex had it along the corridors brick flooring, crevices etc. The entire grounds could use significant algae treatment and power washing immediately. The condo could use new mattresses, pillows, bed coverings and a lighter brighter environment in general. The furniture on the balcony is not comfortable and could easily be replaced / updated at a reasonable cost because it’s not a huge balcony deck. Bottom line: it was economical, you get what you pay for and I suppose the savings compared to some of the local resort-like condos should level expectations.

The condo is in a nice quiet oceanside neighborhood on the second floor, which was convenient once we discovered the elevator. We were amazed at the spacious rooms. St Simons is an adorable town but not a lot of things to do if you want to be entertained. If you are looking for food, shopping and the beach you are set. We enjoyed a peaceful weekend.

Loved the location and the size of the condo. Can walk to town which was a huge advantage and public beach is just across the street. Complex had a pool but very small and nowhere to lay out. Neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Beach view is fantastic.

Great place to stay close to beach and restaurants

We love staying at this condo because of the location, layout and price !! Could not ask for a better Beach Stay when going to St Simons ! It’s not a huge building so the pool is never crowded! The beach access and area is not crowded as well and we love that too!

We had a great time at this condo. It is a great location with a great view. The condo is very nice however just a couple of things to be aware of. The mattress in the master bedroom is super soft and I don’t like that. I woke up with a back ache every morning. There were only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. The kitchen dishes snd gadgets were limited so be aware if you need specific gadgets you might want to bring them. Oh and bring a dish cloth for washing dishes. There was none. These are certainly minor issues. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.
