From the Magnolia Mini, you can get to downtown Norcross in 2 minutes by car, or 5-8 minutes by foot.brbrThe Magnolia Mini tiny house is in the backyard of our main house (the Crossing House), and shares the backyard space with the Crossing House and 1 other unit (the Cozy cottage), which together make up the Crossing Collective. The backyard space is the only shared space on the property, and we have quiet hours between 10pm to 8am to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and that our neighbors are happy. There is a smoke and decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area, or if you are found to be smoking (cigarette, cigar, vaping, or marijuana) on the property. Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke. brbrAbout Us: At the end of 2021, we got married just down the street at Flint Hill, with a rehearsal dinner at the 173 Carlyle House, and we loved the area so much we bought this house as place to come back to when we are in town. It is our first home together and we wanted it to bless others like it has already blessed us, so we decided to renovate it and add 2 additional units in the backyard to be able to host more people in one place. When we got married in 2021, there were no options like this available to host Catherine’s family from out of town, so we wanted to create a space where sweet memories can be made for our guests. We consider this to be part of the experience at the Crossing Collective, but have provided sound machines in every bedroom for those who are lighter sleepers.brbr2 gravel parking spots are available to the side of our main house, and a lighted, gravel pathway leads from the parking area to the cottage. From the Cozy Cottage, you can get to downtown Norcross in 2 minutes by car, or 5-8 minutes by foot.brbrThe Cozy Cottage is in the back yard of our main house (the Crossing House), and shares the backyard space with the Crossing House and 1 other unit (the Magnolia Mini), which together make up the Crossing Collective. The backyard space is the only shared space on the property, and we have quiet hours between 10pm to 8am to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and that our neighbors are happy. There is a decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area. Please note that it does not monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level. brbrAbout Us: At the end of 2021, we got married just down the street at Flint Hill, with a rehearsal dinner at the 173 Carlyle House, and we loved the area so much we bought this house as place to come back to when we are in town. It is our first home together and we wanted it to bless others like it has already blessed us, so we decided to renovate it and add 2 additional units in the backyard to be able to host more people in one place. When we got married in 2021, there were no options like this available to host Catherine’s family from out of town, so we wanted to create a space where sweet memories can be made for our guests.
