Lake Arrowhead is metropolitan Atlanta's best kept secret as far as Lake front living goes. Our 5 Bedroom 4 FULL bath home is located in the highly coveted Narrows of the Lake Arrowhead. Close to the open water of the Lake, our property is sure to offer all that you might need for a city escape. Lake Arrowhead is a 540 acre private lake that is divided into a no-wake region and an open water area by the dam. While Jet Ski's are not allowed, you can always find people enjoying the water in Kayak's, Paddle Boards, Sailing or tubing, wake boarding and water skiing. While only property owners are permitted to have boats at the Lake, there are boats for rent at the main Marina. We do provide 2 kayaks and Fishing Poles for our guests use. Lake Arrowhead has many amenities which include: an 18 hole Golf Course, Restaurant, walking trails, park, tennis courts and two pools. There are many different places to explore as well: downtown Canton, Cartersville, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge and the foothills, Tellus Science Museum and Amicalola State Park. Blairsville is also conveniently located. Don't forget about Reinhardt College which during Fall months has many events for the Family to enjoy. brbrA tour of our home will reveal 3 levels: the Main, a Loft and the Terrace Level:brMAIN: The Master bedroom is on the Main Floor and boasts views of the Lake and has a sliding door with access to a screened patio with a large Hammock that can accommodate 2 people. In addition, the Master bedroom has it's own FULL bath. A guest bedroom on the Main has 2 twin beds - something we kept from when our children were younger. In addition, a Full bath is located in the hallway. The Main Floor has an INVITING open floor plan where the Kitchen and Great Room allow for incredible views of the Lake. brbrTERRACE: The downstairs bedroom has the largest bed in the home: a KING bed with views of the water. In addition, there is a Full bath, a pool table and a second screened patio that we use as a place to store our water toy's and ski jackets. The porch opens to a door leading down a short path to the dock and lake! brbrLOFT/UPSTAIRS: One bedroom has a Queen bed and has beautiful views of the lake from bed. The other has a bunk bed (double +twin) and a Queen. There is a FULL bathroom here and a large open Loft with a TV, Blue-ray DVD player and a view of the great room and the Lake from a large Bay Window. brbrbr

You may see them during your stay, however they do not need to come inside or disturb; they are only checking the chemical balance and ensuring the equipment is functioning. brbr- Pool heating requires an additional $100 for each day that you would like it heated. When heated, the pool is designed to reach temperatures between 82-85°F.brbr- Kayaks must be returned to the rack after use. There is a $300 fine per kayak if lost. brbr- If you use the grill, ensure it is cleaned after use. Our home is locatedat the end of a cul de sac in Lake Arrowhead, a private gated community. brIt is the perfect home for several families! brWe have two full kitchens; two laundry rooms; one beautiful living & dining room area; and a TV room/den on each of the three floors, each with a large Smart TV & cable. Four bedrooms have their own TVs; three with Smart TVs & cable, and one bedroom with a Smart TV only. brYou enter our home on the top level, which is where the main kitchen is located. The kitchen has a large island overlooking the den and a screened-in deck with a swing bed. The top floor has another open deck right off the living room and primary bedroom. This deck has another dining table that seats four, a love seat, two chairs & a propane fire pit. The dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8-10, with two dining chairs and two large benches. brThe first of two primary bedrooms is located on the top floor, with a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a water closet which includes a bidet. brThe middle floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, pool table, wet bar, game/dining table, and probably the best den area in the house, with windows that are two stories high! The middle floor also has two large decks; one screened and one open, and each with a patio table that seats four. The first bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. brThe bottom floor has a second full kitchen and a second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath. The primary bathroom has an amazing shower, double vanities, heated floors & heated towel bar. This bedroom has its own private patio area with beautiful views of the lake. The second bedroom on the bottom floor has two queen-sized beds, a full bath with heated floors, and french doors that lead to a patio. brWe have a very large dock and a trampoline built over the water. We also have 5 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 2 Hydro-bikes, and a hammock overlooking the lake and mountains. Our back yard is flat, so it’s perfect for yard games. We have a Corn Hole game, badminton set, croquet set, and a fire pit area. brThe Lake Arrowhead community has two swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, practice putting green, club house, incredible restaurant with amazing views, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, hiking trails, etc. There is plenty to do in Lake Arrowhead! brGarland Mountain is about 15 minutes away, and has a great restaurant, great views, and a clay shooting course. The City of Canton is about 20 minutes from our home, and has some excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Reformation Brewery is a fun bar with a huge outdoor TV perfect for watching The Braves, Falcons, etc. One of the best antique/crafts markets is located right beside the brewery, Cotton Mill Exchange.
