Stayed Jul 25, 2025Stunning house in the perfect location! It is the last house on the point. Excellent dock, with a screened in covered area to relax and look at the ocean. Excellent fishing from the dock. Owner provided fishing poles. Also provided crab pots. My sons caught a -50 pound lemon shark, bonnethead sharks, red fish, sting ray & lots of bait fish (they have their own professional rigs.)The house has stunning views from all rooms. We would sit out on the deck in the evening and enjoy cocktails and dinner. We saw dolphins playing right in front of our house two nights when we were there. The quaint downtown area of Saint Simons is very close. We had some great meals and lovely shopping in the boutiques.Fantastic vacation for all! Ryan, the host was an excellent communicator. He even sent me photos days before we were set to arrive to get us excited about the trip. Also, there was a golf cart that was at our disposal. No extra charge. Can’t say enough good things and we would love to come back!

Stayed May 30, 2024Our annual guys golf trip was the best it has been in years primarily because of the house. The house was not only perfect and very accommodating to all of us, but the communication and hospitality from Ryan is what made our stay the best part. I very much hope this property will be available next time we come down because we would love to stay there again. Perfect 10/10 property and host
