Very close to the village, shops, and beach accesses. Gated which was very nice. Comfortable and homey. Would rent again. Would be nice to have waterhose at front of property for convenience for rinsing off sand as we always entered thru the front door. Was one at back of property. Pet friendly. Overall a wonderful stay. We visit St. Simon’s every year. Was worried as this was our first trip without an ocean view rental, but it was just as nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The community was lovely! However, the condo was less than expected. It has good bones just not taken care of. One bath had the shower door off with a curtain to replace. Other bath had moved shower bar and not repainted. Door to laundry room came off track often. There was trash outside unit(just needed to be picked up off ground). There were bleached out parts on couch cover where stains had probably been. The kitchen sink had stains that could have been removed with the correct cleaner. It could be a lovely unit if it were taken care of. Also the AC(nest control) went up during night leaving you warm in early morning.

Great location! Close to the beach, pier, Pier Village, dog park & pickleball courts, and other island amenities. This unit is clean and nicely decorated and furnished. We had everything we needed. Note that the AC is really loud. Other than that it is perfect for a family/group of up to 4 adults.

Great place to stay I highly recommend

We are Canadians and spent a month on St. Simons Island. Our accommodations were quite nice, clean and accurate to the advertisement. It was quiet and easy for our dogs to enjoy some outdoor space. We ran out of many of the supplies. Since we were booked for a month I was surprised there wasn't more of the things we needed ( dishwasher soap, garbage bags, shampoo...) The broken patio chairs we reported were never replaced. Otherwise, everything was comfortable.

I felt very secure and comfortable with the condo and comfort for my 10 lb dog. The condo is decorated very nicely. I just think it need a little more care. My only complaint was we found small roaches through out our stay in the kitchen counter. I had to wash and rinse everything we used. The rug in the living room under the chest was dirty with previous dogs urine marks. It should be washed or removed.

We had a great time! This condo is close to everything! We could walk everywhere! My dog had a great time too!
