I think you will like my place! Its decorated like a beach house located in a tropical atmosphere with over 39 large palm trees, & lots of banana trees & thick green grass in the summer. You may see various wildlife that live along the creek bank like Raccoons, turtles, otters & Great Blue Herons! Im close to restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, hospital (10 min), shopping & FLETC (3min). St Simons Island is about 15 minutes away & Jekyll Island about 25 minutes. Its a nice simple casual place. You have CH&A, full kitchen, washer & dryer, starter coffee, tea, sugar ect , all the basics you need. The bed is queen size, and the blue jean couch is comfortable. Its located on a tidal creek that's about 4' @ high tide & 0' @ low tide. Guests have access to the breezeway connecting the unit to my house where I have a patio table & 4 chairs & a charcoal grill, the hammock gazebo area next to the creek, the area immediately behind the unit w/table, chairs & umbrella & in the unit itself. Any other part of the property is my private area. Theres a wifi lock on the front door. Older established neighborhood with huge moss covered oaks & long winding roads. Its usually pretty quiet, BUT there can be the usual noise because humans live, work & play around here. Theres historic sites nearby, and lots of salt & freshwater waterways if you like boating, crabbing & fishing! Were not a large town, so you can mostly get anywhere in 30 minutes or less. I have a black doggy named Willow who may come by for a visit. She is a very friendly Staffy mix, but if you dont want her company let me know! Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.brPlease read the house manual after check in! br ***This is a pet friendly rental, so if you have allergies to any kind of pets, or are scared of any kind of animal it may not be a good choice for you. I have a friendly dog Willow you may encounter in the backyard.br*** PET POLICY: Max 2 pets allowed, and there is a $40 pet fee. Your dog MUST: get along with other dogs (because my dog Willow shares the yard too sometimes). Your dog must be on continuous flea treatment, NOT a meanie or destroyer, & you must clean up their mess outside & their hair inside. PLEASE bring two sheets to cover the couch in bed if your dog he likes to get on the furniture. Take them home to wash.

I have lived in the Golden Isles for 25+ years and I am a retired teacher with the Glynn County School System and a native of Guyana in South America. I love this area as it reminds me of Guyana. My beautiful home is 15 mins in either direction to both St. Simons and Jekyll Island and is within working distance to Historic Brunswick. The downtown area has a brewery and many restaurants and boutique stores. The area is very quiet and you can sit out on the deck and look up at the stars, bbq, or relax with a glass of wine. The kitchen has been remodeled and the master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Please treat my home as you would your own. My house rules are no loud parties or events of ANY kind this includes family reunions or weddings. We don't allow this due to liability for unauthorized people and we don't have proper zoning for outdoor weddings. This is a quiet family neighborhood and no pets. PLEASE notify us of any visitors that you will have. No Smoking or Vaping within the property or within 50 ft.

The only shared area is the front porch, but you have your own sitting area. This apt is the UPSTAIRS 3 bedrooms of the original house with a bathroom & landing. This is a 2br unit with a queen bed in each room. This apt is set up for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. br The living, dining, kitchen & utility rooms are all in 1 room, but it works! Im located in Historic Brunswick Ga near our downtown area, but also between both islands & their beaches. Close to every thing you may want to do! The neighborhood has lots of Colonial homes, historic parks with fountains, streets with huge moss covered oaks. I also have another one-bedroom separate apt in this same home downstairs which will sleep 4 so if you wanted a family get-together type situation or you re coming here for a wedding with a lot of family and friends you might want to book both of them at the same time! Look at my profile and you will see the other listings. Close to Jekyll Island (about 25 minutes), St Simons Island (about 15 minutes) & Historic Downtown Brunswick (about 3 minutes, 6-8 blocks) where theres restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, shopping, festivals, farmers market & more. The Yellow Deli is about 2 blocks away where you can walk & have breakfast or lunch, & they make their own breads! FLETC & hospital is about 10 minutes away, & Airports nearby! Easy access to I 95 North & South, so about 1 hour to Savannah & Jacksonville. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation or business.I provide a monthly & weekly discount! The apt has a mostly equipped kitchen with a full size stove & oven, microwave, toaster air fryer oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, plastic storage ect. All towels & linen for the bed, kitchen & bath are provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, filter, sugars & condiments ect. The bath has a full tub w/shower.br The apartment is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well, with soap & bleach! All utilities & wireless internet is included, including a 52 tv with cable. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths, couch & love seat. You have your own designated seating area in front of unit & a grill.brbr**Possible pet allowed, but:brbr*$40 TOTAL pet fee limit 2br*You MUST LET ME KNOW your bringing pets & clean up after your pet mess outside & dog hair ect inside. Extra cleaning of pet hair inside or mess outside is $25 per hour. Its centrally located on the mainland between St Simons & Jekyll Islands & minutes to downtown. Its 2 blocks from The Yellow Deli, where you can walk for breakfast or lunch! br Unit isnt far from FLETC, Hospital or Gulfstream. Easy access to I 95 North & South, so about 1 hour to Savannah & Jacksonville. This home is a Colonial style home that was built in 1928, with lots of charm. Before I bought it It was converted into 3 units, & this is the smallest one, with about 600 sq ft which is about the size of a 2 car garage. I have a 2br upstairs that sleeps 4. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation, if you have long or short term business, are looking for a home to buy or a long term rental, traveling nurses, snowbirds or you or a loved one is @ FLETC going to training ect. I provide a monthly & weekly discount! I think you ll have most of what you need with a stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes ect, & starter coffee, condiments ect. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths, love seat & chairs. Porch is shared but you have your own sitting area. All utilities & wireless internet is included, including a 42 smart tv with fire stick w/voice remote. PLEASE read house manual on coffee table for complete details. br The apt has a mostly equipped kitchen with a stove & oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware ect. All towels & linen for the bed & bath are provided as well. Theres toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, filter, sugars & some condiments ect. The bath is small but has a full tub w/shower. Theres a nice living room with a comfy couch/pull out bed & 1 bedroom with queen bed. Unit is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features!
