Stayed Aug 9, 2025The home was a great rental property-the kitchen had all needed dishes, gadgets, and utensils to make phenomenal meals. The Bbq Grill was a great touch. The exterior was immaculate and was manicured several times during our stay. The pool was also lovely and maintained while we were there.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Perfect location. Great property for a multi family vacation. The pool was a great size and there are nice shaded areas in the back yard as well. The common area is large and accommodated our big group well. Location is walking distance to the beach and village. The owners are easily available and quick to respond. Just perfect!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Thanks to this house we had a great vacation with our extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we spent lots of time in the pool. The pool towels were of excellent quality and we enjoyed the ice maker. The house was big enough for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again. St. Simons is a beautiful place to vacation with many restaurant choices.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023This was our first time traveling to SSI. Our trip was cut short unfortunately, but from what we did get to experience, the area is laid back and family friendly. The home was as described in the listing, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool was such a hit with the littles! Communication with Maria was wonderful! My entire family would recommend staying!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The house was just as beautiful as the picture show clean well taken care of and the owner was very easy and great to deal with. Got back with us on any questions we asked and was very informative and helped us with restaurants and anything else we asked for. Would definitely book it again and tell anybody else what a great place it was.
