W-10 was clean and pet friendly which we loved! The condo overall could use some updating (furniture, wallpaper, bedding), but we would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, very convenient to the village area and all of the restaurants and shops. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. The only issue we encountered was with the wifi in the unit, the connection constantly cycled in while trying to stream tv services or using the laptop or cell phone. I reset the router several times to no avails a telecommunications expert, I can say unequivocally that there is a problem with either the wiring into the building or serving the complex. Xfinity definitely needs to send a tech to test the wiring out.

The place is really close to shops and the beach, but the best part was the pond right outside. We saw ducks and even a heron! The condo was super comfy and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The people at Emmons Realty helped us find cool places to visit. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. We had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing tennis. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!!!
