The lower level has 3 beds that can sleep a person per bed which also includes a small living room with a Flat screen TV. There is a very nice dining table near the kitchen that seats 6 people but there is another dining area near the sunroom that sits 12 people. The laundry room near the kitchen has a washer and dryer that is available to all guest for free. A very nice backyard with a lot of privacy and 4 patios for outdoor seating. A door off the kitchen leads into your bedroom with a Queen sized bed and the washer/dryer unit is in the adjacent bathroom. There are windows, except in the bathroom, with heavy curtains in the bedroom to block out daytime light.brbrThis apartment is in the basement of our family home, and we live upstairs. There is soundproofing between the two, and we are quiet people, but you might hear some light footsteps from us walking around in our kitchen.brbrSome things to be aware of: 1) It is Georgia, and there are bugs. We spray every few months, which keeps them at bay, but you might occasionally see a palmetto bug that comes in from outdoors. 2) The path to the private entrance is uneven, and could be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility challenges.brbrThe herb garden will be available to you, and all utilities and wi-fi are included.
