It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n' play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.brbrImportant Things:br1. This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental! br2. Lady Bugs: You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.br3. Shared Fire Pit: You are welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and charcoal grill located in the center of the circular driveway. This is a communal space shared with the other vacation rentals on the property.br4. DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster.
