If you are interested in adding one more guest to your party, this space is ideal. It offers a private patio, kitchenette, a full bed, and private bathroom. We always communicate with our guests if someone is renting that space to let them know who to expect on the property.brbrWe also occupy the lower/terrace level and offer excellent customer service as a result of our close proximity. For our privacy, we ask that our guests not use the back yard (unless arranged in advance), but the front yard is all yours:-). While the screened porch is for your private use, we share the back deck and propane grill with you, but we try to give our guests as much privacy as possible.
