Ocean Walk is located right on Mallery Street and has most amenities of any condo complex on the island. It’s located less than a mile from Pier Village. In the village you’ll find the visitor center, Neptune Park, the Tidal Beach, the Pier, the Lighthouse, PuttPutt, Water Park, shopping galore, lots of live entertainment, and plenty of delicious restaurants and pubs. 15 min walk to the pier, allowing great access, to the near round places! Beach access about a 5 min drive, and it’s amazing allowing you to ride your bike everywhere, and see such a beautiful island. Ocean walk is a great place, having 2 pools, park, tennis courts, clubhouse, everyone’s needs to have fun. Pet friendly also, so you can bring all your pet needs! We fell in love with SSI on our first visit on the island in 2005. It was love at first sight! Our unit has a semi open concept kitchen with granite tops , gorgeous new floors and new bathroom makeovers. Our patio only gets morning sunshine; it’s a very quite, private, and peaceful place to relax. This three bedroom unit sleeps 6, has 2.5 baths and is a two-story townhome. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a king in the master with its own private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two twins beds. Both rooms share a half bath with tub/shower. There is also a pull out sofa in the family room that will sleep 2 if desired. We have beach towels, beach chairs, along with boogie boards and an umbrella for your convenience. Our place is also pet friendly, WITH RESTRICTIONS. We will consider dogs under 50 pounds. We have a $125 pet fee, if needed, as an additional cleaning .
