Stayed Jun 20, 2025We’ve used Emmons before so I knew the house would be charming, and it did not disappoint. Room for everyone and so close to the beach!! Quiet neighborhood, and close to the village/pier. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Although this is an older beach house, it was immaculately clean and all necessities were provided. It’s a short walk to the beach, and we liked the fenced in yard for our dog. Would book again if traveling with dog! The beds were comfortable too.

The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs. It’s a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the pier area, which has shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and not a lot of traffic. It made for a lot of pleasant walks with the dogs. House was clean, everything worked as stated. Rental company was easy to work with when we needed to extend the stay for a few days due to poor weather and road conditions on the way home.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The house is cute, in a nice locality but the walk to the ocean takes 15 minutes. And the house Checkin and checkout process is a breeze. However the bathrooms on this house definitely needs some TLC. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience.

Reviewer Comments: We decided last minute for a weekend at the beach before our 2 kids went back to high school and college in the next week. The house was perfect for our family needs with the beach and village within walking distance. Being able to bring our 2 dogs and have a fenced in yard was great. Although we didn’t cook during our short stay, we noticed the spices and oils available for use which we would have definitely appreciated with a longer stay. So many don’t have any. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend
