Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment Centrally Located between Denver and Boulder.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay!

The unit was immaculately clean. We didn’t really cook in the kitchen but only had coffee in the morning and bedtime snacks. Checking in was easy after I connected to the WiFi from outside the unit. The location was great for me because my daughter lives 5 minutes away. The beds were adequately comfortable but the pillows were not as good. The stairs were a tricky at the top where the air conditioner is sticking out.

Great little space for the 2 of us. Dan and Crystal are very friendly and responsive. They gave us great ideas for things to do. Would recommend this place.

Spotless and comfortable. Many extras like filtered, cold water, soaps and lotion, walk-in closet, big towels, extra blankets. All the little things add up. We will stay here again. Great view of the mountains at the end of the street!

Excellent property! Located close to the train station and other shopping things in Broomfield and Westminster! Check in/out was very simple, and the hosts were awesome, responding to questions very quickly. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing place to stay, a great location and fabulous hosts. We had such a comfortable, relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood and the home was equipped with everything we needed. So clean and the hosts were so thoughtful and made our experience wonderful!

Very cute little place to stay. Perfect location outside of the big city in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed to attend a concert in Denver and then hiked at RMNP. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and quick with communication. I accidentally left a personal item there and the host found it, texted me about it, and shipped it back to me promptly! Highly recommend!

Excellent location, the neighborhood was so nice and we just had a great experience.

This is a very clean home, although the beds were short, I'm 5'9 And it fitted me short, also the chairs are a little uncomfortable. All in all very very to clean

This apartment was the perfect size and location for my granddaughter and me as we enjoyed spending time in Colorado Springs, Boulder, Estes Park, etc. It was very clean and provided everything we could possibly need. The hosts responded quickly when I asked questions. They are on site readily available if necessary. I will definitely stay here again.

It was so cozy and clean! So conveniently located for anywhere we wanted to go, and the host provided any necessities that we needed. Can’t recommend enough!

Very clean and well appointd. Love the neighborhood. My only suggestion for improvement is to put a lamp on the nightstand so that you don't have to get up and turn out the light.
