Its a great place to hang out and even let your dog out from the living area and play fetch in the backyard with ease. brbr brbrThe bungalow itself features a spacious open living area. Sit back on ample comfy seating and watch your favorite movie or show on the large flat screen TV. The gorgeous, large dining table can accommodate up to 8 and is great for a meal, playing cards or board games. The kitchen is conveniently located right off the dining area and has been beautifully updated with butcher counters, stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. brbr brbrOn the main level and off the living area is the first bedroom. It features a queen bed and full sleeper sofa. It has a flat screen TV and provides a second living area with extra space and perfect to watch movies and play games. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and located at the front of the house near the main entrance. It offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full mattress. A full bathroom is right across the way. brbr brbrUpstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, large flat screen TV and access to a private balcony. Off the master bedroom is the fourth bedroom where there is a twin day bed with trundle bed. There are glass doors that create privacy from the one room to the master and makes a fantastic family suite, keeping the kids a safe, close distance but not in their own separate room. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with large shower, that is shared by the two bedrooms. brbrThe driveway offers two to three parking spaces based on the size of your vehicle. Please read on for more details.brbrThe Property:brThe condo is laid out on one level. You enter into a large open space that includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Right by the door, there's also a space with with coat racks, storage cubbies, and benches where you can sit down and remove your ski boots. One of the benches offers additional storage, an indication of the forward thinking approach the owner has taken in the condo. The living room has very comfy new leather furniture surrounding a large HDTV and warm gas fireplace. A sliding glass door offers you direct access to a covered patio with furniture and festive lighting. The dining table seats 6 and works well for board games or laptops. The kitchen has a large counter and bar with seating for 3. It is fully equipped with everything your chef will need to prepare meals and feed your group. Bedroom 1 is a suite which includes a King bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, private bathroom, and a good sized closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, another large closet, and a full bathroom right across the hall. brbrIt is worth noting that most condos in Steamboat Springs do not include AC. This is a lower level condo, with tall, mature trees to the south which offer shade. As a result, this condo stays cooler than most others even during the hot parts of summer. Don't worry, when it's cool or cold at night, and for guests visiting in colder seasons, you will have no problem keeping it cozy and warm, thanks to the gas fireplace and baseboard heat.brbrLocation:brTimber Run is located 1/2 mile from the center of the Steamboat Ski Resort. In ski season, a complimentary private shuttle is available to give you a ride to and from the slopes. During the day, it loops back and forth to and from Gondola Square, the heart of the mountain village. From there, you can easily walk throughout the mountain village, or hop on the free city bus for a ride anywhere in town. The distance to the slopes is walkable for many, and outside of ski season, can be quite pleasant. From this condo, just head outside, turn right, and cross Walton Creek Road to the Mountain Sneak trail, a paved and plowed sidewalk which meanders in between developments and leads directly to Gondola Square. Ski season guests who prefer the walk to the shuttle may consider storing skis and boots in Gondola Square, to make the walk easier. If you rent skis or boards, they'll offer free overnight storage, and we offer discounted rental rates from multiple rental locations in the Gondola Square area. Parking at the ski area is free, but the walk is faster.
