This home, recently renovated (2016), has: 2 fireplaces (1 wood, 1 gas); new hardwood floors and carpet; a large sectional leather couch; tons of windows creating lots of light; 7 TVs with 400 channels (HBO/Showtime/STARZ/Cinemax/Netflix) from Xfinity/Comcast (65” TV in great room and additional TV's in the play room and all 5 bedrooms); and a large dining room table (seats 10) with adjoining bar with 4 bar stools (collectively seating 14) and a 30 foot built in wrap around sitting area make this the perfect entertaining home for all to enjoy summer or winter activities. This home has ski access (intermediate skiers) on to Assay Hill (a 100 yard walk and hop on in front of the Deer Brook Condos – see photo with ski route access). Dial-A-Ride provides private transportation (on call direct to front door that arrives in less than 10 minutes) to and from the Snowmass Base Village. Less than a mile to Base Village Parking, special permit parking passes are also available upon request. The 1000 square foot outdoor deck with hot tub, large gas barbeque grill (and separate charcoal smoker/grill) and outdoor furniture create an unforgettable experience in Rocky Mountains. The over-sized chef’s kitchen (with an island) is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a subzero refrigerator, a double oven, 3 dishwashers, an ice maker and every appliance or convenience of your own home (2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware). If you're looking for convenience, affordability, all with top end finishes then this condo is just for you. A gorgeous kitchen with plenty of counter space you will find everything you need. The living room features a 50 ' smart TV along with a linear fireplace. View the upper runs of High Alpine from the dining room . One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other can be used either as a King or two twins. All beds come with a deluxe down comforter and each bedroom has a HDTV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for kids. We call it The Sleeper Car as in that's all you do in there. Designed ideally for kids so no more putting them to bed in one of the bedrooms only to have to carry them back out to the dreaded living room sleeper sofa . The kids enjoy also having their own little hideaway so not always having to be in the same room. This unit has the fastest internet connection possible with 50 Mb per sec. as well as booster for complete coverage. Each of the two showers are tiled and the radiant heated tile floors is are marvelous. The slopes are just a 3 minute walk without having to make any big elevation changes. In fact it used to be ski in an out before the heated walk ways were installed. There is private parking right at the unit which is not always the case with so many of the units here, but you really don't need your car as everything is walking distance or you can take the free buses practically anywhere you need to go including all other mountains and the town of Aspen itself . For those expert skiers seeking a truly unique experience I can offer back country skiing should conditions allow . Prices are quoted 4 days prior. See pics of past guests.
