There are 3 full floors including a separate living area in the den with a queen futon, providing plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. Other amenities include a large master shower, a ping pong table, games and videos. We have 3 TVs in the house with Dish network satellite TV service. King beds are easily converted to singles and custom bunk beds are extra long twins to accommodate most adults. The kitchen is gas and fully stocked with most everything a guest would want.
