It is nice, relaxed and clean and comfortable.brbrThis is a great place to stay while in Denver, whether for work or play. The idea for our guest house was to create a place that we would want to stay while we are in town!brbrThis ground floor unit is 700 sq. ft. with a private entrance to your home away from home, with free on-street parking, as well as wi-fi, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, plus a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom is very large with a queen bed and a work area with a desk. brbrThere is a shared patio off the bedroom that is situated in a beautiful, mature garden. Our guests really like this feature, they say it's a great place to sit and enjoy their morning coffee.brbrA three-block walk to unique boutiques, vintage furniture stores, indie movies, bookstores, coffee houses, yoga, pilates, and a great mix of restaurants and nightlife. A couple of distilleries have opened including the locally owned Denver Distillery.brbrIt’s an 8-block walk to light rail, a 3-minute drive to the Santa Fe Arts District with scores of galleries, a 5- to 7-minute drive to downtown, and a 10-minute drive to the Cherry Creek shopping district. There is a hot and cold spigot next to the hot tub. It is connected to the tankless water heater. If the water is cloudy, replenish some water with the spigot. There is a vacuum next to the hot tub. It is activated when immersed in the water. We clean the hot tub every day or two. There is an occasional bug in the hot tub.brbrWe do our best to keep everything clean but we do not guarantee the outside to be perfectly clean given that it is a natural environment. brbrWe do not usually clean the Weber barbecue grill in between stays.brbrThe neighborhood is gated and fenced. The home is smaller (by square footage only) but has so much to offer. brbrThe master bedroom has one king size bed with a full bathroom and a small walk-in closet. This room also includes a Roku TV. The second bedroom, which has a queen size bed. It also includes a Roku TV. The third bedroom known as the “Bunk Room” has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and a twin on the top. The fourth bedroom is a small loft upstairs has two twin beds and a couch which makes into another full bed. Includes a Roku TV as well. This room also has a desk area for work or some computer time. brbrThe “Living Room” is cozy. It includes a 55” Roku TV for your movie night enjoyment. The couch can also turn into another full size bed. Another full size bathroom also sits between the Bunk House and the Paris Room. The kitchen is nice and has a fold down wall table to accommodate more room if you should need it. brbrThe kitchen amenities are an Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator and a Dishwasher. The Washer & Dryer reside behind two folding doors off the kitchen. brbrWe worked hard to make the yard inviting for your enjoyment. It has a HOT TUB Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Lawn Furniture and Corn Hole boards for your entertainment.
