You can not pick a better spot to experience Breckenridge any time of the year!brbrThe Space:brThis recently renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom, which has access from the bedroom and family room, has a walk-in shower. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has comfortable furniture, a small balcony, and a flat screen TV. The couch is a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for four. If you take a look outside of the balcony you will see spectacular views of the mountains!brbrThe condo's location puts you in the heart of Breckenridge! You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. The condo includes one garage parking space and guests will have access to shared laundry facilities.brbrPlease note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.brbrBreckenridge STR License Number: 397950002brbrGuest Access:brGuests have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street!brbrGetting Around:brFrom the condo, you can walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. The local Breckenridge Free Ride Bus has a stop for the Purple Route B at the intersection of Ridge Street & Adams Avenue (1 block from the condo). The Quicksilver Chairlift is a couple blocks away and very walkable. Uber/Lyft is also available.brbrOther Things to Note:brPlease provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. Also close to the condo is the free Gondola to Peaks 7 & 8, the Free Summit stage bus, and more. brbr brbrThis condo is spread over 3 floors. The ground floor entrance has plenty of space for coats and boots. The attached heated garage is a great place to keep the car snow-free and stash all of your outdoor toys. brbr brbrSeveral steps down from the entry is a bunk room/bath en suite with a TV and seating. The bunk has a pyramid bunk bed with the queen bed below and a twin single above for a little one to be with you if need be. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is also a great space for kids to play and sleep. brbr brbrThe 2nd floor has a tall vaulted ceiling living room with a large screen TV, comfy sectional couch, and gas fireplace to cozy up to after a fun day on the slopes or summer hiking with our cool summer nights. From the living room, you can walk out onto the private deck to relax among the pines and grill dinner. brbr brbrThe dining area is up a half level and shares this level with the kitchen so people can gather together.  All that you need to prepare tasty memorable meals is in the stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a laundry/pantry room with a washer/dryer and lots of storage for food. Completing the 2nd floor is a 1/2 bath. brbr brbrThe 3rd floor has a large master ensuite with a King bed and TV. Walk out to your own private 3rd-floor deck to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the pines surrounding you. The bathroom has a shower tub/combo. brbr brbrThe third ensuite bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, has a queen bed and a separate twin bunk bed set with a TV. Great for a family to share.
