The resort has a world class super-lift right out of the back door of the resort and has ski lockers for guests adjacent to the lift. The resort has multiple slope-side hot tubs on the slope side and an outdoor heated pool with a slide for the kids as well as a fire pit slope side with grills waiting for you to use. The resort has a 24 hour front desk and maintenance team and a full concierge on property as well as an activities coordinator for those who might not ski or snowboard. The resort has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with outdoor water slide and a kiddie pool and indoor hot tub as well as full ladies' and men's showers and locker rooms adjacent to the pool with towels at the ready! Right out of the back door of the resort on the slope side of the resort is a full-service Breckenridge Ski Rental Store for all of your ski and snowboard and equipment rental needs! There are multiple hot tubs literally adjacent to the ski slope at the resort! The resort has 4 private movie theaters with 500 movies in the digital queue on site for use by guests of the resort, a full service spa on property, a full size game room with pool and video games, a full service restaurant and 2 bars, a reading room and business center, underground and under building heated parking with elevator access to your floor, private resort shuttle to and from the local ski stops in Breckenridge and to and from the town of Breckenridge, immediate access to the courtesy Gondola to take you to town if you want to take a scenic trip to this historic town which is on the National Register of Historic Places with world class shopping and dining, and to top it all off a beautiful room to spend your vacation in with world class skiing and snowboarding out the back door of the resort! Now on to the Penthouse. The Penthouse is located on the 5th floor of the resort and has a private balcony, vaulted ceilings, a full 1200 square feet of space in a split plan 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that will sleep 8 comfortably. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, all pots, pans and utensils, including a coffee maker with 4 chairs at the eat in granite kitchen counter, a full size dining table adjacent to the kitchen, a true split plan unit with a master bedroom with a king size bed that sleeps 2 with a closet and 2 nightstands, a wall mounted flat screen in front of the bed, each room has a digital combination safe for safekeeping of valuables while at the resort, an adjoining bathroom with a full size soaking tub, 2 sinks and another room with another sink, a toilet and a stand up shower. The middle living room has the open floor plan of a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, full-size oven and range, full-size microwave, and a dishwasher together with eat-in granite counter, full size dining table and chairs, a living room with pull-out leather coach that sleeps 2, and 2 chairs and a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch and timer with a large flat screen satellite TV over the fireplace. The other side of the unit has the second bedroom with a king size bed and 2 nightstands, a wall mounted satellite flat screen TV, a closet, a full bath with a sink, toiled and tub/shower combination, and a full kitchenette outside the second bedroom with a small stove, small microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator, and a small sink, and then another adjoining room which is closed off from the others with a leather pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more with a nightstand and a wall mounted satellite flat screen TV. The room has a private balcony off of the living room with 2 chairs on it, There is one complimentary day of housekeeping service and towel service mid-week during your stay mid-week, wireless internet in the unit and throughout the resort, business center on property, reading room and grand salon on property, an adult grotto adjacent to the spa with aroma therapy and adjacent lounge chairs and a full size sauna and a steam room for adults use only during your stay. The resort has a small sundry store with miscellaneous food stuffs and household items available for purchase adjacent to the main lobby. The resort has DVD now machines in every building on level on where you can exchange movies all week for a small fee for use in your room where you have a DVD player. This is convenient for purposes of getting the kids ready for bed at the end of a long day by putting in a movie you have chosen to help them wind it down after an exciting day. The resort has a full-size game room with a pool table, ping pong table and pinball machines and other electronic games for the family to enjoy! The resort has 4 on premise movie theatres that a complimentary for use by guests of the resort. You are entitled to one reservation in the movie theatres during your stay but you must book in advance. The movie theatres seat between 8 and 10 people and are fully digital with 500 movies in the digital queue to select from. The resort has a fully equipped workout facility for use by guests of the resort during your stay with both free weights and work out machines and treadmills. The resort has underground and heated and enclosed garages under each of the two buildings with elevator access to each floor and complimentary parking for 2 vehicles and luggage carts available on property for use by guests. The resort has a full ski locker room adjacent to the ski slope and each unit has the right to use two lockable ski lockers during your stay. You must return the keys to the ski lockers to the front desk at the end of your stay or the resort will charge a fee to the guest for replacement of lost keys The resort has a business center with a reading room and a computer and printer available. The resort property has complimentary Wi-FI for use during your stay. There is an escape room on the resort property for use by resort guests for an additional fee that is charged by the resort. The escape room must be booked based on availability. The resort has the best full-service spa in town on property. It is called Soothe Spa and it has many spa services available from their excellent staff all of which are charged to the guest as an additional fee by the resort.
