French Street Cottage: Walk to Main St-Gondola, Pet-Friendly, Private, Grill

The place was great I enjoyed it! That's close to everything within walking distance from Breck. I would stay again but had a few issues with the neighbor in 226. She had told people working on her house to park in the parking spot, on the side of the garage, when I couldn't fit my truck in the garage. So I came home to somebody parked on the side of the garage and then after they moved, I parked my truck in front of the garage for a minute cuz I was getting ready to leave. When I came out to a letter on my truck telling me to not park in front of the garage. It's crazy she says she lives there but she has Virginia license plates.

Incredible location! Very smooth check-in process and great communication with property managers. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We had an excellent stay!

It was great to be able to have everyone close by. ( the rest of the family w in the larger house). Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Internet was great, we had several people who had to work. Location amazing for walking into town, to the Gondola or catching the purple bus to the gondola.River Ridge Rental company personnel very responsive! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean, great location, 5 min walk to gondola. Access code did not work on garage when we arrived, however, office was pretty quick to respond and had someone come out to make it right withing 20-30 minutes.

We had a wonderful visit to this perfect little Breckenridge place. The home itself is as advertised. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for a a stay and is modern and clean.The location couldn’t be better! It is a short walk to downtown and to the gondola where you’ll find amazing Restaurants, great shopping and epic skiing and boarding.River Village is responsive and helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was such a cute place and walked to everything within like 5 mins. Beautiful views out the windows. Nice little grassy area for the dog. Only things were the larger bed downstairs was very hard and it was quite warm in there, would've loved a ceiling fan. Downstairs shower was beautifully remodeled but not clean.

We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!
