We had such a great time and it was so close to town that when we parked our car in the garage, we never had to use it. I definitely would go back for another visit.

Resort Managers was recommended to us by our good friends from Breckenridge Jewelers. It was an excellent recommendation. The people were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The location of the place we rented, The Atrium, was perfect for us, close enough to Main Street to walk and near enough to Boreas Pass for an additional morning stroll. Resort Managers was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. When an issue with the TV arose, they took care of it expeditiously. They supplied us with extra necessities and were truly caring about our comfort. We have already booked with them for the summer of 2024.

Toby was so accommodating. I called him when I had trouble booking my flight & he helped us by pushing the reservation a day so that we could get a better flight. The condo was clean & very warm. They even had heated floors in the bathrooms, which were unexpected but appreciated! It was spacious and well equipped for cooking. We found a short cut to Peak 9 down a flight of stairs, which was nice. It was pretty close to town and convenient to the slope. We would stay again!

Hang the TV in the master. It was sitting on a Pictionary box leaning on a bar stool in the corner3. Bus system was not running (not owners fault) should have been made aware. Stated in the description this was an option. 4. Could update cabinets (just paint new counters) this would give the place a brand new feel.5. Resort manager was prompt with her responses to the hot tub issue. Otherwise we had a nice time and would stay again. Scott Sayler

Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay... convenient to Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort and many restaurants and shopping opportunities in Breckenridge Village. The full kitchen made meal time easy and cheaper than going out all the time. The fireplace was perfect for apres ski and for our Christmas celebration. Our only complaint was that the building isn't very sound proof and we had noisy late-night neighbors upstairs. We would definitely stay in this charming and convenient condo.

Great location steps from blue bus route and Carter Park sled hill, a few bus stops or short walk from downtown Breck. This property has a beautiful atrium that is quiet and meditative. Loved it. Rental company was amazing and helpful when I unexpectedly had to have a package shipped.

We were close enough we could walk to the rental shop and then the slopes were right around the corner. We were able to walk to restaurants each night on Main Street. This condo was very clean and came with many supplies to start your vacation. I would highly recommend this place!
