But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. Our OB beach condo provides an ideal environment for families, couples or solo travelers. The living room/ kitchen area is a sophisticated yet comfortable space with ceramic tile, new hand scrapped wood flooring and granite counter tops. High-end furniture in earthy natural hues is accented with soft pillows; the couch pulls out into a king size bed and there is a twin Murphy bed to add additional sleeping options. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the window faces the ocean. You can hear the waves crash all night long— there is also a small seating area in the bedroom which is a perfect spot for coffee and a good book. There is one full bathroom, with hooks for hanging soft, thirsty towels. Additional beach towels, toys, and a cooler bag are provided in the wardrobe. Plan on preparing meals or snacks in a fully equipped kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, blender, coffee maker and more. The dining nook has a banquette an chairs around a solid marble table. We recently installed two split A/C units that also have a dehumidifier feature to keep our guests comfortable year round. brShops, restaurants, and bars are within 2 blocks, including the famous Hodad's for burgers, and South Beach Bar & Grill for fish tacos. A great Farmer's Market happens every Wednesday afternoon. There is a pier for fishing or to stroll along, and a cafe at the end. There is a leash-free dog beach 7 blocks away.brOcean Beach is a funky little unpretentious town, with colorful locals. This is the perfect spot to experience San Diego without any stress. It is a one of a kind, relaxed, non-touristy community. We are a 10 minute drive from San Diego International Airport and Sea World, 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego and the SD Zoo.

For example, the 2022 Chevy Tahoe has a very difficult time fitting in the garage while also allowing space for the driver to exit the vehicle. Nestled against Robb Field Park, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is 2 1/2 blocks from dog beach and a short walk from some of San Diego's best food, beer, and beach life. This apartment has just been fully renovated and is a great place for families, remote workers, and anyone looking to enjoy sunny San Diego. Special features are recessed dimmable lighting, deep soaking tubs, rainfall showerheads, bidets, and lit bathroom mirrors to make those selfies pop.brbrbrThis is a great space for dogs, families, and remote working professionals.brbrThe property is the same one as my other listing, Sunset Suite. There are two buildings on the property each with two apartments, an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. This apartment is the downstairs unit in the back building.brbrEach bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. There is a foldable queen size mattress that can be placed in either bedroom or living room for an additional bed. Buildings in the area range from new luxurious beach houses to older humble beach cottages. My favorite way to explore Ocean Beach is on foot.brbrAmong the sights you will see walking around are the amazing beach 2 ½ blocks away. At one end of the beach is the pier and Newport Ave, a street lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, taquerias and brewpubs. At the other end of the beach is dog beach. This is also where The San Diego River Trail begins and gives spectacular views of Mission Bay and access to quite a lot of San Diego without a car. Robb Fields Park lies between the trail and the property.brbrThe noises you will hear standing outside range from silence to Robb Field Park’s cheering and games, Sea World's seasonal nightly fireworks, planes flying overhead from San Diego International Airport, local musicians playing next door, and the slow beach traffic on West Point Loma Boulevard. Go inside and close the doors and windows and that all goes away. With that amazing ocean breeze it will be difficult keeping the windows shut.brbrThe smells are endless ocean breeze, a neighbor’s bbq, and occasionally OB Noodle House across the street.
