Newly Renovated Condo - Close to Everything!

Perfect stay, awesome location, free parking is great by the beach but easy to miss when driving by. Has everything you need! If you're planning on cooking though- bring all basics even salt and pepper (pans & cookware provided) ! Overall awesome place would come back!

Perfect set up inside and out. We loved the patio area and spent a lot of time outside. Close walk to bay and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our small family. Between the ocean and bay, we had both peace and quiet and easy accessibility to lots of water activities. Enjoyed sunsets over the ocean and Sea World fireworks on the bay.

We enjoyed staying here with our large dog. The location and unit and hot tub are great. The only issue is if you have people in the unit above you it is very loud.

I usually don’t write unhappy reviews and this isn’t really unhappy just hoping that the property management takes care of some things. The lock on the slider is very loose and locked us out while we were in the hot tub. Thankfully the people renting above us helped us contact mission sands emergency line and they were able to dispatch maintenance. They have an hour wait time window after hours so thank goodness we had the hot tub to sit in. It was a bit chilly. They came to fix the door the next day but said they needed to order parts. We were careful about shutting it for the rest of our stay. The wifi is undetectable and I had terrible service to the point I had to go outside. When I called and asked if it had been changed she said there were no notes about that. Hopefully they will look into it. The beds are hard as rocks. Some people like that but I do not. The propane was out on the bbq and we called mission sands. They had a guy out in 15 minutes which was amazing and he made sure the bbq lit for us. The toilet paper holder in the en-suite bathroom is literally hanging by a thread. Our unit only had one key and two would’ve been nice as we had friends come with us. On the upside, like I said I don’t like unhappy reviews, the location is amazing!! Right between the beach and the bay. The hot hub was great, lots of cookware and a bonus washer and dryer in unit. There’s a few beach items but no beach towels. We found two that looked like hotel pool towels so we used those. Couch a little worn but comfy. Smart tv and large usable kitchen. Lots of counter space. We always have a great time in San Diego and we counted this vrbo as an adventure. P.S. I wrote this review for mission sands property managements eyes. I hope they see it.

This rental was at a great location however it was a little dirty when we checked in and a couple things were broken. We left a message for the property manager and never heard back and nothing got fixed. It was supplied with most everything we needed and some extras like a fan, beach chairs, and beach towels. However we had to do laundry quite often for our towels that were provided for showering. There is no icemaker so make sure you bring some ice trays and the dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk until 6 PM so it is a little hard to find a place to walk a dog during the day. Mostly quiet inside the rental.
