It is located on the sunny side of the street with a very large patio, including a BBQ, dining and sitting areas. There are new windows, wood floors and drywall throughout. A large opening skylight in the stairway brightens the whole house. The living room has a working gas fireplace and surround sound speakers that extend to the patio. Furnished with all new comfy beds, linens and furniture. Large flat screen TVS in living room and all bedrooms. Master suite with newly added master bath and king bed with sitting area. Second bedroom with King bed, and third bedroom with 2 double trundles and twin beds below, when beds are all being used, the room is all bed, but can sleep 4 teenagers or 4-6 children. All new, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, that is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Three paddle boards, five adult and 2 childrens bikes, 3 kayak, razors, a baby pool, and beach chairs, umbrellas are ready for your use. All linens and towels included. Washer/dryer and parking for one car in garage, also an outdoor shower. We have furnished this house for our use, as well as our guests, so hope you will enjoy!! The pictures were taken prior to window coverings which add greatly to the feel of the house.

With ample seating for the family, a long dining table for meals, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is the full bathroom that also has access to the side of the home where there is an outdoor shower. The two bedrooms each have queen beds and the sofa is a pull out bed as well. One of the bedrooms has lovely French doors that open onto the patio.brbr brbrOff the lower patio is a gated side yard perfect for relaxing, with a bistro table under the shade. There is space in the garage for 1 car (6 foot 6in clearance) with automatic openers and a stacked washer/dryer. brbr brbrJust a short walk to the ferry for shopping and dinner on Balboa Island, a stroll through Balboa Village or a walk to the end of the Pier. You can even launch your stand up paddle board a few steps down the street on the bay front beach or get picked up for a boat ride off the public dock.
