Great location, well stocked home with everything you need for a stay in beautiful Newport Beach. Owner very responsive. Deck and patio are nice for relaxing. There can be some traffic noise during commute hours if the windows and screen doors are open. So close to the beach and walking path! Perfect to walk out and use the provided beach chairs for incredible sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was around the corner from the beach and the Ocean Front Walkway. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen was nicely equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Great spot with garage parking available and plenty on on street parking available.

House was exactly as described. Great location and very close to the beach. Would stay here again!

What really stands out to me about this property is the owner’s communication, amazing location, extremely organized and clean!!! You can walk to the island, Balboa and Newport Pier! We’ve stayed here at least 5 times in the last few years and have never been disappointed!!!

This home was perfect for our group of four! The host was awesome—very communicative, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. The location couldn’t be better—just one block from the beach and conveniently situated between Balboa Park and the Newport Pier. The bay is only a few blocks away, perfect for paddleboarding or biking over for a quick morning adventure. This was our second stay here, and we love renting bikes for the week, which makes everything easily accessible without needing a car. That said, the garage is great for parking or storing bikes. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back next year!

Steps to our west was the beach and walk/bike path and steps to our east was the bay, beautiful views and activities all around us. Lovely home was cozy for our entire family with indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Highly recommend!

We love this property and working with this host. Everything was perfectly in order and taken care of. Kitchen has everything we needed for eating three meals a day for the five day stay. The bedrooms all had more than adequate bedding and pillows. There were plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner in the showers. My kids enjoyed the games that were available and there was some great beach equipment there we could use. I personally appreciated the drying rack and vacuum provided to make each beach day easy to come home from. This house was perfect for us!

The house was fully appointed with all the necessities and even some extras like aloe and seasonings/oils for cooking. The bunk beds were quiet and large. The upstairs master suite was private and airy and the decks were sunny. Definitely the place to be. Our only struggle was with VRBO. They overcharged 215, but that’s not the owner’s fault. They were lovely and very communicative. I didn’t want to bother them with it since I think it’s a VRBO issue. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again. If you have young kids, the garage was fully appointed with Tommy Bahama chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and even surf boards. It was too chilly for us to use, but that’s nice for any summer beach goers. They also had games inside and fully appointed TV options. You’re only a 20min walk to each pier, and you’re close to take the ferry over to Balboa island. There were tons of extra blankets and comfortable beds. All houses on the peninsula take a beating from the sea air, so expect no matter where you rent to have some floor buckling and old pipes. I really liked the floor tiles in the master bath. So pretty. Also, they had lots of paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Nice when you’re trying o pack light. 5 stars.

It’s a cute beach house right next to the beach. I loved the location. Perfect to walk either direction to shop, eat at, and hit up places like Fashion Island, Crystal Cove. It was nice inside, loved how accommodating it was with kitchen supplies. I’d recommend this place for sure.

The home is just like the posting. Very clean, everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or a week. Very new and incredibly quiet laundry. Close to beach and pretty much middle of Newport Beach and Balboa Piers.

Good location and nice

Our family had a wonderful time here. Close to everything we needed. We walked to view the Christmas Boat Parade! We walked the beach. And one evening we rented a Duffy boat nearby to see all the lighted beach homes. Host was very responsive to all inquiries! A memorable stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay, and the house was the perfect size for the four of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including the outdoor patio, the deck attached to the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the BBQ grill. The location couldn’t have been better—just one block from the beach and conveniently situated between Newport Pier and Balboa Pier. I highly recommend renting bikes to explore the area; the bike shop in Balboa offers great weekly deals, and there are bike racks all around town. Just a heads-up to bring your own beach gear (like chairs and an umbrella) as the house doesn’t provide those items. The owner was incredibly friendly and readily available to answer any questions we had.

The property was exactly as advertised. It had all we needed for a family of seven (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids). Clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. It’s truly just a minute to the beach and it is an awesome beach, which was prefect for the kids to play on. It was a reasonable distance to Disney and San Diego, making it a great central location for family fun!

Our stay at the home was absolutely perfect. The house has all the amenities you would need, not just in a house but more specifically in a beach house. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the pier which was ideal, close enough but not too close with all the noise and people. The bedrooms are all in the back of the house so you don’t hear any street noise at night. If this place is available for the dates you need, book it right away, it’s perfect.
