Stunning Brand New Custom Home with ELEVATOR to all Three Levels, w/Jacuzzi Spa.

Stunning home and amazing location! Balboa Island is a gem and this property had so many amenities that we enjoyed. The rooftop was a beautiful place to unwind and watch the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, spacious, updated, and family friendly. Very nice location on the island and convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. Communication was excellent with the owner and appreciated. The area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend as we hope to come back and stay here again in the future!

Absolute dream vacation on BI, the pictures don’t do this home justice, it’s one of the prettiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The house has so many spots to visit and relax.

Absolutely perfect stay! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very spacious. The location on Balboa Island was unbeatable—just steps away from everything. Super clean and beautifully maintained. Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! The host was also very responsive and great to work with!

This home is truly perfect! The location is AMAZING!!! Close to all. The house is built so beautifully and they have thought of everything here!!! Anything you could possibly need is here. Just bring your food and family/friends!!! You will feel at home no matter the weather. For cozy days there are games, fireplaces, thick “yummy”blankets and couches galore. Towels a plenty for your beach days and jacuzzi nights. Beds are so very comfortable. Quality linens. Top of the line appliances. Rooftop deck at sunset made for stellar photo memories. Host is perfect balance of attentive when you need and allows you to enjoy your stay like it’s your own home otherwise. Just a truly wonderful experience!!! Highly reccommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If we could give this house 10 stars, we would. We originally scheduled two nights and then added another. Deana was very responsive to my many questions. Check in was super simple. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the jacuzzi and of course everyone enjoyed the elevator. We used it as a dumbwaiter to deliver dinner up to the awesome 3rd floor deck. The bedding was so comfortable that my husband inquired about the brand of pillows so that we could purchase the same. Additionally, the location was perfect for us- a block off Marine- so easy walking distance to the market and restaurants. The house came equipped with bikes which came in handy for beach days. The kids are already asking when we can go back!
