The house is clean and comfortable. The lot is 50% larger than normal. If you enjoy music, the property has a state of the art audio / video system. Wireless internet also provided. If, you have small children, the house has been professionally child proofed. brbrA sliding glass door opens up from the living room to the front balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the ocean breeze.brbr If you enjoy eating out, there are 50+ restaurants within walking distance. Our guests are always happy with the accommodations. My favorite activity is sitting outside on the balcony where you can see the ocean and relax while watching everyone riding, roller blading or just walking by. brbrThis is a NON-SMOKING vacation home steps away to the beach is a great place to rest, and relax. Step out to the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy views of Catalina Island. brbrMaster Bedroom has King bed. Second bedroom and third bedroom have each a queen size bed. Forth bedroom has three single beds. The couch may be used to sleep one extra person (please use proper linens to cover the couch if used to sleep).
