If the upstairs unit is not rented you can take both spots. brbrWe have air conditioning in every room and contrary to what some other listings say, you do need it in summer in Newport Beach. We also provide bicycles with bike locks and helmets. We have tons of beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, wetsuits galore, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, pop up tents, etc..) Our kitchen has just about anything you need to cook a great meal for the family. We provide some basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, starter coffee pods, etc...brbrThe bedrooms are adorned with modern furniture and amenities. We provide quality bedding that we own and launder on site (not like other rentals that rent linens). We have TV's in every room, AC in every room, Ceiling fans in every room, mirrored closets in most of the bedrooms and closets for your stuff. We provide quality mattresses so you will sleep comfortably.brbrThe bathrooms come with basics (blow dryer, soaps, shampoos, towels, etc..). It takes just a few minutes to get to the Newport Pier on 21st street. Or a few more miles to the Balboa Pier where you will find the Fun Zone and a little farther down you can visit the famous Wedge beach.brbrJust a quick walk across the street from the house is a little playground with jungle gym, shady grass area for picnics, and swings.
