Stayed Apr 9, 2026This property was great! It was just steps from the beach, and short walk (or beach cruiser ride) to grocery stores and restaurants. The property was well-designed and laid out for easy access and cooking/entertaining/hanging out. The dedicated parking spot in the carport was very appreciated, as well. The living spaces were very modern, stylish, functional and loaded with all the amenities we needed (including a garage full of bikes, surf boards, body boards, coolers, and anything you need for the beach. The property Manager was very kind, helpful and responsive, and gave very detailed instructions for everything we might need. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean, modern, spacious 3Bedroom/2Bath unit that is well located to all the action in Newport Beach.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025I wasn’t sure exactly where to stay for my trip to NB and last minute settle on this rental. It was a perfect location, a ten minute walk to the peer and an even quicker bike ride(bikes were provided by renter. The house was clean, updated with a perfect kitchen and two new bathrooms. All of my communication with the property manager were met Within minutes. Once in the place there was a great book on the table that answered any and all question relating to location, security, utilities and things to do. The cherry on top was our own parking spot in the garage. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023This place is a gem. The property manager Lisa is responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and fresh and literally steps from the beach. We loved the bikes and beach equipment available for our use. Overall, my family and a few extra guests had a relaxing and fun time celebrating my birthday weekend. My 18 year old said the location was perfect, near all the areas he likes to be when in Newport Beach. We will be back!
