Home exactly as described. Super close to the beach, pier and all of the bars and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Anthony was very responsive to my communications and agreed to our request for an early check in on Christmas day. The location was ideal for beach and nightlife and the accommodations were very comfortable and roomier than expected.

We had a couple of questions once we arrive and the host answered immediately. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, we found the beach extremely close, the amenities were great and we had almost everything we needed in the kitchen.

Had the best experience. Excellent communication with the property owner, home was clean and fully stocked. Would recommend this home and would rent from this owner again.

Great place, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but still far enough from all the noise on the boardwalk. Nice layout for family of 5 with some friends. Rooftop is very cool. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best family vacation at this home! The property was exactly as advertised-clean and literally just steps to the sand. The owner is extremely responsive-we had an issue with the fireplace on the rooftop and Anthony had a repair guy out within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Amazing! We loved having so many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, shopping etc within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house so much and the location was absolute perfection! We could literally walk anywhere, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, we had it all!

A perfect place for our annual Thanksgiving Gathering! Ample space for dinner. Place was super clean and tastefully decorated. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Simple check in and out. Winding down at the end of the day was pure joy!

24th street is the perfect location. Take note that the listing says the whole house. But two days before my stay I got the check-in paperwork and it said it was the upstairs house. I have a child with crutches so that was a pain. Also the outside lights did not work and the handyman could not figure out why. The stairs with no light at night are so dangerous. There are no blankets only the comforters and we purchased more pillows. The couch is small. There is not enough seating for more than 4 people. The kitchen needs a good clean out with an update of basic kitchen stuff. Also the next door neighbor has a dog that barks like a maniac every morning at 6am. She lives there full time.

We booked this place not knowing the area at all and this place is within walking distance to EVERYTHING! We had a question about getting into the garage and the owner was able to immediately get back with me. The amenities were phenomenal. We will be back here again soon!

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday! It was clean, had everything we needed. Nice and close to the beach.

Anthony's place in Newport Beach was wonderful with easy access to a beautiful beach and the warmest water I've ever experienced in the Pacific. The upstairs unit was exactly as the pictures suggest, with more than enough room for my party of 3. The place was clean, well stocked and equipped, with wonderful touches like the upstairs roof deck, beach chairs and towels, and three Smart TVs. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We loved our stay at this lovely upstairs unit. The bedrooms were lovely. We didn’t need ac as there was a nice cross breeze. Parking was great. Really loved the location. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops. Loved the outdoor bbq area. Thank you for hosting us.
