Only the front yard is shared with the owners. brbrSeacliff beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It is wide, 19+ mile long, and in low tide you can walk 1.5 mi to Capitola. Spend quiet weekdays swimming, boogie boarding and surfing with just the dolphins, whales, seals and shorebirds to keep you company. br brThis is a great location for visiting Monterrey, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz, 17 Mile Drive or just relaxing on the beach.
