We had a lovely time. The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool outside the property was not available to us, but another one was available on the property and we were made aware of this prior to our stay.

This unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a great selection of games, and they have supplies for the beach. We loved being able to walk straight out to the lawn from the patio.

This was one of the best units we’ve stayed at. We go to Seagate multiple times a year and would definitely come back and stay in this unit.

Overall everything was fantastic.amazing location and great host. Check in easy once we got the codes.We did run into an issue as we were there for a family reunion with guests staying in the hotel, and per the plan was to meet at pool, play pickleball etc..etc...The host let us know the day prior to check in that we might not be able to use amenities due to pending litigation with the independent owners and resort. We were told at pickleball check in desk, that we would have to pay 20 (so my husband missed out on that activity). So luckily we had other family members and we ended up getting some hotel issued bracelets (we left a few extras in the drawer, with some other white ones from the host that were solid...we did not test those). The place is beautiful and spacious, just the amenities need to be sorted out. At one pool there was security checking bracelets too. Beach access was close. And there are a few restaurants near by.

We love Aptos stayed many summers at Seascape, never thought we would have the opportunity again…pinch me!!! It was perfect on all accounts. we lucked out coming across your listing. Your unit was absolutely perfect for our group. Thank you!!

Would recommend this beautiful property! Home is nicely updated and furnished… plenty of comfortable seating and well stocked kitchen w everything you need! Very clean! Hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond! We come at least once a year to Seascape and will be staying here again!

We had a great time here! The apartment was amazing: spacious, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool/hot tub. Nice area! And great communication with Kathleen. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic property, very clean and organized instructions. The owners were great to work with and the location was perfect. I have a bad knee and I tried to use the golf cart shuttle provided by the resort but they denied me, because I was in a VRBO. I could not walk the hill down to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The condo was spotless, spacious, and had a wonderful open layout. Natural light from being a corner unit was a plus. Only bit of nuisance was the upstairs tenants, but we would just laugh and joke about them. They had all the amenities. Dinner at the resort was great. Communication with Kathrine was responsive. Would definitely recommend this listing.

From top to bottom this was easily our best and favorite unit we’ve stayed in on Seascape property. This experience won over the last 7 times we have booked at this property. Thank you Kathleen for being quick to respond, welcoming us with a lovely bottle of rose and snacks, and providing everything we needed for a comfortable and easy family vacation.

I reserved this property for a long weekend so a friend and I could have a little “retreat” and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need and the unit is beautifully furnished. We had a little trouble with the keypad to unlock the door but the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great host, location, layout, beautiful updating, VERY well stocked with sharp knives and and everything you could need. Prompt response to questions. The only tiny downside was having neighbors above and could hear every step, even their TV. One of the prettiest units I’ve stayed in at Seascape.
