Seascape Resort Ocean View Studio-Amazing View!

Relaxing much needed getaway for two. Ocean view, overlooking and accessible to main resort property. Spacious yet quiet. Room decor adds to great ambiance. Well maintained and clean. Utensils, toiletries cleaning supplies enough for short stay. Top floor with elevator access from indoor parking. Outdoor parking available as well. Beach access thru resort. Short walk to nearby grocery and restaurants.

Beautiful Views!! We have stayed at SeaScape Resort over the years. Most stays were 2 bedrooms or 1, but this cute studio was perfect for just me and the hubby! And, besides equipped perfectly and the view was such an amazing treat!

Great place for weekend getaway

It was quiet and it is so closely located to the beach

The unit is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Picturesque view. This is our second visit to this unit. We would recommend staying here.There were two problems, which the owner had no control over. The elevator did not function during our stay and the pool area was closed for repair. We chose not to drive to the other available pool.

My husband and I loved the unit from the amenities to the view. Host was responsive to all my questions.

Everything was lovely! Super easy check in, and the room had everything needed for an easy 2 night stay! My now fiancé proposed on the beach right down from where we stayed, which made this trip extra special! Would 100% stay here again!

Clean room

Upon arrival to the room we encountered a Full on power outage at the property meaning, it was Very Hot inside the room, the elevators were Not operational, and the toilet was slightly inoperable but that was quickly corrected by myself. And Because it was a host property accommodation, we did appreciate the real inconvenience even though it was in the details, it was very inconvenient to have to be told to Not dip our feet in the hot tub, just our feet literally at 9:45pm, and we’re very quiet:Practically all of the young front office staff were a (little slow) to provide basic information and assistance, as they had to be prompted. This was for just several of us customers, other than that they were nice.Outside of that, the property was very Nice, views were Million Dollar viewing, cafe was great, fireplaces comfy, walking trails amazing, and lounging areas were relaxing.

I love Seascape, but a list for you. Light bulb in bathroom out until day before we left. The thin rectangle window at the end of sliding door, the connecting wall. It had no blinds, no curtains, but every other window in resort, that spot, had blinds in them. The sliding door got stuck, not closing ever time. We paid to stay an additional night, we asked for a couple towels, 2 fresh towels as we were told no. I have pictures also of the bathroom sliding door, scratches and more painted over and over. I suggest fix the problem. I’m sorry,I had a great time there in Aptos, shopping across the street in little shopping center. I did spend hundreds and more. From Pizza parlor, grocery store, coffee shop and my very favorite boutique shop ever. I love my furry bear black fluffy coat/ Jacket. Thank you and Alex had a great time with me. Thank you again. I’m trying to trade my current room booked for myself and two besties of 30-50 yrs. Leisa & Debbie I found a new Vrbo that I wanted so terribly now and was seeing if the owner could work with me on trading the ol booking to the new home now available, but not on my dates. A very nice resort with just about everything you need. Except beach umbrellas. Unit312 was perfectly situated and has great view from the veranda. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice location, the unit is in great shape, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and will definitely look here again when we are back on the west coast. We had a lot of fog when we stayed in July 2025 so did not get much of a view of the ocean from the unit but had beautiful views of the ocean from up and down Highway 1. The fog is part of the experience in this area.

This space was perfect for my adult family of 3. The two pull out couches were pretty comfy. Very clean! Beautiful views! Great staff! Very responsive host! We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This place is an absolute gem! From the vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of spaciousness, to the calming colors in the design, we felt relaxed the moment we opened the door. The balcony has a stunning view of the Monterey Bay, including being able to see all the way down to the beach where the waves break on the sand. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching those waves roll in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat!

A much needed, affordable getaway for this senior. Perfectly located. Clean, beautiful studio with immaculate grounds and good access to the beach..Very pleased!

The condo and amenities were excellent. The only complaint we have is that the shower hot water wasn’t hot enough. Otherwise, we had a great time and would highly recommend it and come back.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The ocean view was absolutely stunning—we could hear the waves crashing from the studio, which made for the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the fresh air and natural light (which, by the way, was chef’s kiss throughout the space).The studio felt super spacious and airy, with a clean, aesthetic vibe that made us feel right at home. The bed was so comfy, and while we didn’t need to use them, the fold-out couches would be perfect for extra guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, down to the bottle opener and coffee pods, and the adorable little dishwasher made cleanup a breeze.The fireplace wasn’t working during our stay, but the heater kept us plenty warm, so no complaints there. The host was kind and responsive, and every little detail showed care and intention. My bestie and I felt completely comfortable and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for a few days over spring break, location was great, with good beach access as well as access to a pool and hot tub. Studio was well equipped and nicely furnished.

I stayed here back in September celebrating my birthday with my friend and it was the best spot for our stay. We were about 15-20 min away from everything we wanted to do around Santa Cruz and the room plus view was such a plus. We arrived after a concert so we entered the area around midnight and it was tough at first finding the exact route to the room hut they have security on site who helped us once we entered the resort!

The Condo was spacious and fully stocked with what was needed for the week. The deck/balcony view was amazing especially at sunset. Enjoyed the resort hot tub. Also hiked to the beautiful beach daily. Very safe area. Market and restaurants within walking distance. Host was quick to answer questions and checked in by email once we arrived. Will definitely book again for my next trip to the Santa Cruz area.

Every year we celebrate family and friends in Santa Cruz for our annual Lobster Bash! This studio I rented in Aptos at Seacape resort was a perfect place to stay. The room was spacious, stocked well and the view was beautiful! The property manager was awesome to work with throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again next year.

We enjoyed ourselves very much! The property was very clean and comfortably furnished. The view of the resort combined with the view of the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waves hitting the beach in the evenings. The resorts beach is clean and not overcrowded like some of the local beaches. On Saturday afternoon we dug a pit on the beach for a fire and patiently prepared ourselves for a wonderful sunset. On this late afternoon thousands of birds were hovering over the waters with the hopes of catching the millions of sardines that happen to be swimming past the resort. Pelican's and other birds diving into the waters was really cool. Yes, we would book again this property and look forward to our next stay here. Thank you Jerry and guest

Awesome room and resort. A great place to relax.

It was a great unit and updated so it was nice to see. The only items I need to comment on is that the bed was moved too close to the fireplace and not easy to get into bed. By the scratches on the wall, it appeared it was not the desired location. The bathroom tub is slippery and suggest getting a rubber pad. Also, the fireplace does not work. Other than this, I recommend it highly.
